The layout design of Villa Capocesto IV is all based on accessing the best views possible. From the moment you enter, the immense glass windows draw you eye out towards the glistening sea, easing you straight into relaxation mode! With the main living areas on the ground floor, this already spacious, open-plan living area becomes even larger once you open the doors to the terrace, with the interior and exterior areas becoming one space that you can move around with ease. There are comfy sofas, a large dining table and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen for your use. There is also a luxurious sauna and fitness area, a special treat for your retreat away. On the first floor, you will find four spacious bedrooms, with each boasting an en-suite and a romantic balcony. These rooms are perfect for finding moments to yourself; imagine stepping straight out into the warm Croatian sun from the moment you wake up, reading your favorite book on your own balcony and looking out towards the sea!
As you step outside onto the main, ground floor terrace, Villa Capocesto IV offers undeniably, remarkable views. The outdoor pool is partially roofed, and extends out towards the ocean, so you can swim towards the beautiful views. This is the perfect base for exploring Croatia and relaxing in comfort and style.

- The villa is built as part of a complex, but the architectural design means there is a high level of privacy, the villa in front has a lovely green roof, so your view drifts, undisturbed over the greenery and towards the sea
