Each morning, bright blue skies and the gentle sea breeze will draw you outside to the villa’s spacious terrace, where you can sip a hot cup of coffee whilst relaxing in the shaded outdoor lounge area. Enjoy a leisurely dip in the swimming pool as you bask in the morning sunshine before stretching out on a comfortable poolside sun lounger and taking in the dreamlike ocean vistas. A tranquil garden surrounds the terrace with fragrant Mediterranean greenery. Stepping inside Villa Kindra from the terrace, guests will be delighted to find a bright and airy living space that features a welcoming lounge area with comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV, inviting guests to curl up and unwind after a day spent exploring the coastal wonders of Dalmatia. Adjacent to the lounge area, a charming dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor of the villa also features a modern bathroom.
An elegant entrance hallway features a staircase leading up to the first floor of Villa Kindra, with three spacious bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a separate WC. Two of the bedrooms are delightful double rooms which open onto private balconies with views of the shimmering sea and the enchanting island of Kolocep. The third bedroom is a pretty twin room that can also be arranged as a double room upon request. Each of the fully air-conditioned bedrooms at Villa Kindra offers understated décor and a cool and restful ambience.

The view is wonderful!
The villa was full of all required equipment, extras such as handwash, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cleaning products, beach towels etc which made it feel like our home. We were very impressed by the villa. The view was wonderful, the villa was clean, fresh, spacious and modern. It had everything we needed!

Amazing!
Waking up to the most amazing view each day. The house is really well equipped and has shaded areas outside to escape the sun when needed. Short distance to several local restaurants too without the need to travel too far. If you like quality and seclusion then this is the house for you - 20 minute drive to Dubrovnik Old City. A lovely family home for your break away.

We had an amazing time in Villa Kindra. It was perfectly clean when we arrived and everything was as described. The hosts are great and everything went well. Great private location, amazing view and the pictures cannot show how beautiful it is. Thank you very much.

Brilliant place to stay if you are visiting Dubrovnik!
This villa is a brilliant place to stay if you're visiting Dubrovnik. The house itself is really big - comfy beds, good showers, air con, well equipped kitchen. It's even nicer than in the pictures and everything looks brand new. The crowning glory of the villa is the outside space. The view is spectacular, the pool is gorgeous and the rest of the outside space is also great - lots of sun loungers, chairs, parasols, BBQ etc. We had everything we needed and the staff who sorted the check in were very helpful The only slight downside for us was the location but this was only because we didn't hire a car. We used Uber but sometimes drivers kept cancelling on us which meant a longer wait to get places. However, with a car it's no problem and we did manage to get Ubers in the end I would definitely recommend this villa and would come again - we loved it.
