- Although the Adriatic Sea is on your doorstep, you will have to cross the road to get to the water, so take care when crossing.
- The villa's patio can be slippery when wet, so take care near the infinity pool.
- Some nearby beaches have rocky terrain, which can be uncomfortable to walk on without proper footwear and may not be suitable for young families.
