Overview
Harbour Seven belongs to a delightful collection of waterfront townhouses at Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia. Each house is painted a pretty colour and has traditional details.
The ground floor comprises a large, open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen space. The décor is modern and bright, with light walls and cool, tiled floors. This is a wonderfully sociable room for relaxing, dining and chilling out together, providing you with the plenty of opportunities for catching up with your favourite people. From here, you can step outside through French doors onto your private outdoor terrace.
Beyond your al fresco dining table, chairs and welcome shade, you have a totally tropical view! Sit back with a drink and soak up the beautiful blue of Rodney Bay harbour, the dazzling luxury yachts, the bright green of the palm trees, the rolling hills on the far side of the water and relax. You’ve arrived.
Also, on the ground floor, you’ll find two of Harbour Seven’s bedrooms, one featuring a king size bed and the other including two single beds. Both rooms are en-suite and tastefully decorated. The master suite is found on the first floor and boasts a very spacious and luxuriously appointed en-suite bathroom. You also have a king size bed and private balcony from where you can sit and admire your very own, exclusive view of the harbour. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Guests at Harbour Seven have access to the shared pool, found at the heart of The Harbour development. The swimming pool is large, beautifully shaped and surrounded by a generous terrace for sun bathing or snoozing on a sun lounger. Landscaped gardens and tropical plants create a lush, green backdrop, providing shade and injecting tranquillity into this lovely corner of the Caribbean.
As well as enjoying wonderful views of the bay, Harbour Seven is walking distance to the fabulous Reduit Beach, award-winning marina, bars, restaurants and visitor attractions at Rodney Bay. Location
About the surrounding area of Harbour SevenFor experiencing one of the most popular resorts on the island, Harbour Seven is perfectly located for enjoying the stunning harbour views and sights and sounds of Rodney Bay.
You can start by taking a leisurely stroll around the harbour. At the end of your outdoor terrace, you’ll find a boardwalk which will take you along the shore of the bay, past sailboats and yachts. It’s the perfect, relaxing introduction to your picturesque neighbourhood and the entertaining activity on the water!
In fact, Harbour Seven is a truly relaxing venue for adopting the chilled-out, Caribbean lifestyle. You can walk to almost everything on offer within the resort. Reduit Beach, for example, is easy to reach on foot. One of the liveliest and most popular beaches along the west coast of Saint Lucia, head here for a taste of the Caribbean, beach-side! You can spend all day bathing on the soft white sand, swimming in the warm tropical sea, sipping cooling cocktails in a beach bar or having fun on inflatable rides.
Just along the bay, at the wonderful marina, you can also try your hand at water sports at the state-of-the-art diving centre; Dive Saint Lucia. With Marine Reserves up-coast, clear, turquoise waters and shipwrecks off-shore, there’s plenty to discover beneath the waves. If you’d rather stay on the surface, kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing are also available.
The marina itself is quite spectacular and being the second largest in the Caribbean, owners of super-yachts from around the world choose to drop anchor here. It’s a wonderful place to stroll along the shore and stop for lunch or dinner. Pull up a chair at a waterfront restaurant, enjoy Caribbean or international cuisine and watch the nautical world go by.
Continue beyond the quayside attractions and you’ll find The Baywalk Mall. One of Saint Lucia’s biggest shopping complexes, it’s more of an entertainment centre with over eighty stores, restaurants and a casino, all under one roof.
Back at Harbour Seven, despite being a short distance, you can escape the buzz of the Bay on your outdoor terrace. Or, retire to your private balcony with a night cap, and watch as a tropical sunset brings another day in paradise to an end.

About the Island & Getting There
About St Lucia
The Land, The People, The Light – St Lucia’s motto couldn’t be more representative of this captivating sovereign island nation. Witness dazzling scenery, be spellbound by the fascinating locals and allow for St Lucia to brighten your day and show you a new way to life.
St Lucia gained its independence from the British Commonwealth in 1979 and after centuries of a French presence, which is most visible today in the original Capital of Soufrière, St Lucia is famous for its Pitons & landscapes and vivacious community.
St Lucia really is a hiker’s Nirvana! Where to start? That’s a tough question. However, with the likes of - The Diamond Botanical Gardens, Enbas Saut Waterfall Trail, Pigeon Island National Park, Sulphur Springs Park Scenic Drive and Tet Paul Nature Trail – it doesn’t matter! These UNESCO listed sites are a sight to behold. If you're likely to take to the water, you'll be able to admire the rich marine biodiversity just off the shore of St Lucia. Over 60% of the marine area is made up of coral reefs and these are very poular with snorkelers and scuba divers. Just make sure you put time aside to relish these privileged land & seascapes.
Start your cultural trip downtown in Castries. Here you will be provided with more than enough entertainment for an afternoon and evening. The local Market runs throughout the week and is certainly the right place to come for exotic fruits and tantalising Street Food - the Green Fig & Salt Fish is local delicacy and it's not scarce, so perhaps try a few variants on this regional intricacy and let us know which is your favourite! The vendors are incredibly animated, so expect a show to be put on if you choose to explore this part of the island and brush up on those haggling skills. La Place Carenage and Point Seraphine are very popular Malls and if you bear in mind the added incentive of these complexes being Duty-Free, you and your guests will certainly get some good deals (A taxi back to your villa after such an excursion is suggested!).
Many holiday makers are surprised to learn of St Lucia’s rich cocoa legacy. Ever since the 1700’s this island has been producing cocoa related products, that are incredibly sought after all across the world. Morne Coubaril Estate and La Dauphine Estate specialise in showcasing how plantations use to gather & manufacture the Cocoa Bean fruit and organise educational tours. After learning all about St Lucia’s former booming cocoa industry, you will probably need some therapy…how about chocolate therapy like you’ve never encountered before? Enquire at some of the islands more renowned Spas and you’ll be able to experience the benefits of a chocolate facial and massage. Remember - Chocolate isn’t a food, it’s a medicine!
We have selected some of the most exciting villas on the island, so browse through these dreamy holiday homes and have a look at our cheeky little guide to St Lucia!

Exceptional
The property was beautiful with wonderful waterfront view of the harbour. The entire
complex is very well maintained and very secluded but when you leave the property you have all the convenience of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
