The sensational, 10,645 square foot, Villa Hummingbird enjoys wonderful elegance and style together with an extremely high specification. The villa boasts very spacious living spaces featuring gorgeous tiled floors, calm colour palettes and spectacular cathedral ceilings throughout. Hummingbird is a sprawling gem offering families and groups of friends the holiday of a lifetime. One gorgeous space leads cleverly into the next. The green, shaker-style kitchen is brimming with oversized quality appliances sure to impress the very best of cooks and leads to a gorgeous breakfast room. The dining room, living room and television rooms all lead to the covered veranda, swimming pool, gazebo and sun deck. The rooms flow brilliantly and are exquisitely furnished with commissioned sumptuous sofas, gorgeous rugs and a wonderful dining table and chairs. Every room is tastefully decorated with specially commissioned artwork complimenting the natural colour schemes. The villa features an internal courtyard with many of the rooms surrounding it, including two bedrooms.

The dreamy master bedroom suite is located on the east side of the property. It is a beautiful room with a king-size bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and a private patio. Two of the bedroom suites are on the west side of the villa, the other side of the courtyard, and the remaining two are on the upper level. All are stunning spaces where you will enjoy the sleep of kings on comfortable beds. Four of the bedrooms offer king-size beds and the last enjoys twin beds. They all enjoy en-suite bathrooms. 

Outside, guests enjoy spectacular sea views from the terrace, veranda, dining gazebo and swimming pool. The gorgeous infinity edge pool is 20 ft by 40 ft and is surrounded with luxury loungers. The covered veranda is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, games, reading and escaping the sunshine if it is too much. The dining gazebo is a heavenly spot for alfresco dining. Tennis fans will be delighted with the two floodlit hard courts with private lessons available on request.
