As you swing open the door, you step into an open-plan living and kitchen space adorned with underfloor heating. Light spills in from every angle, revealing panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Guests are invited to sink into the two huge squishy sofas or perch on the oversized bean bags, perfect for gazing at the stars through the expansive floor-to-ceiling window, while, for your entertainment, a large drop-down projector screen adds cinematic flair to cosy evenings.

Cooking and dining together at Firefly Cottage is a joy, with a kitchen, meticulously stocked, that beckons you to whip up a feast, while the dining table, with ample seating for eight, is a central hub for shared meals. Adjacent, a spacious bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a luxurious roll-top bath—both enhanced by the warmth of underfloor heating.

Upstairs, guests will discover three spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms, each a sanctuary of tranquillity. Two of the rooms offer versatile super king zip and link beds, while the third bedroom features a king-size bed and a single - ideal for families. Blackout blinds ensure lazy mornings, and windows frame views of the majestic Black Mountains; a real sight to behold. An additional bathroom upstairs, complete with a generous walk-in shower, adds convenience during your stay.

From the landing, a door leads to a large wooden decking area, adorned with outdoor sofas, plants, and fairy lights—a perfect vantage point for evenings bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun, while owls hoot and bats dance across the sky.

Accommodating 7 guests inside, Firefly Cottage generously extends space for entertaining or inviting an additional 13 guests for meals or camping in the gardens. Ideal for self-catering holidays, family gatherings, and celebrations, The cottage's magic extends beyond its walls. The greenhouse and open barn provide enchanting spaces for gatherings, while the walled garden is a special retreat for picnics and drinks. Although currently lacking a wedding licence, the promise of this enchanting space is palpable, with plans in the works!
