Located in the upmarket resort of Costa Adeje with its Blue Flag beaches, designer label shopping and an enviable dining scene, Villa Jaid is an ideal base for a family or group of friends. It sleeps eight guests in 4 superbly comfortable bedrooms.
Adeje is all about laidback sophistication. It is neat, tidy and it even has its waterfall! The dark volcanic strip at Playa Fanabe contrasts beautifully with the golden sands of Playa del Duque, imported straight from the Sahara! There are plenty of waterfront restaurants and live music to sit, enjoy and watch the world go by! The Gran Sur Shopping Complex with bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and the taxi rank is just 3 minutes walk from the villa.
Villa Jaid is smart and well maintained. With delightful, sunny decor, tiled floors and comfortable furnishings, it retains more of a traditional theme than contemporary. Located in a quiet residential area and with views of the Del Duque coastline and towards the mountains, it is very relaxing. The lounge and indoor dining area is open plan with squishy furnishings. Just off this is the well-equipped kitchen. For your enjoyment, the villa comes with a good selection of Sky channels, Netflix, Apple TV and a BlueTooth music player. The lounge leads to the excellent alfresco dining terrace with its outdoor kitchen area and plenty of parasols.
The terrace is lovely with views of the gorgeous 8m x 5m swimming pool. This is surrounded by synthetic grass for comfort and a good supply of sun loungers, as well as a useful outdoor shower. It is such a delightful area to relax in at the end of a busy day. It may be a struggle to leave sometimes!
The villa has four spacious bedrooms and three fully tiled bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite to the two kingsize master bedrooms. These two bedrooms also boast a terrace to enjoy the beautiful views and perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The remaining two bedrooms are twins. They share the third bathroom.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa Jaid TenerifeVilla Jaid is located on the south coast of Tenerife in the popular resort of Costa Adeje. If you are looking for a relaxed, family-friendly location with waterfront restaurants, live music, cabaret, designer shopping and great beaches, then Adeje is a great pick. The two beaches offer a good range of watersports as well as whale and dolphin watching. The chic Playa del Duque boasts sumptuous sunbeds lined along the golden sands and an elegant, buzzy promenade. Golf lovers will be very happy with the local championship course, stunning views and lush green landscapes of Golf Costa Adeje.
Just 10 minutes away is the ever-popular Los Cristianos. It offers beautiful beaches and a busy harbour with crews offering fishing trips, pleasure cruises, glass-bottom boat rides, diving excursions and ferries to the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The long promenade is brimming with good quality restaurants, bars and cafes.
Between Adeje and Los Cristianos is the buzzy, party town of Playa de las Americas. It is the vibrant and colourful party capital of Tenerife. The hedonistic one-kilometre stretch known as ‘Veronicas’ is packed with nightclubs, cabaret bars, live music, shops, restaurants and neon lights.
Away from the lively tourist spots, the island is also extraordinarily beautiful with the dramatic highs of the mountains, lush forests, incredible panoramic views and gorgeous villages. You can experience some of the most fabulous hiking in the whole of Spain. There are also
Cultured port settlements, famous water parks and a good selection of museums boasting modern art, science and religious aspects.
You can quickly reach the prime tourist attraction of Mount Teide from the villa. The cable car takes just 8 minutes to reach the peak of Mount Teide. On a clear day, you can see the islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro as well as the whole volcanic valley.
Puerto de la Cruz is a wonderful day out. It boasts a beautiful harbour and the magnificent Jardin Botanico, established in 1788. The botanical garden has thousands of plants from all over the world, including roses, tropical and subtropical plants, palms, herbs and a giant 200-year-old Australian Moreton Bay fig.
Guests should not miss a visit to the historical La Laguna Old Town which is considered to be the cultural capital of the island, La Orotava, Candelaria, an important pilgrim destination, Garachico and Masca, Tenerife’s most beautiful village set amongst gorgeous mountain scenery.

THE REGION
Costa Adeje is an up-market resort on the southern coast of Tenerife that attracts the discerning traveller who enjoys attractive, sophisticated sandy beaches, high-class entertainment and fine dining. This fantastic holiday destination promises relaxation, fun, adventure and, of course… sunshine!
High-end boutiques selling designer labels are all over Costa Adeje, with shopping centres very close to Playa del Duque and Playa Fañabé. By night, the resort really comes alive with a great mix of international cuisine on offer, lounge bars, music venues and much more.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesChildren will enjoy staying at Villa Jaid. It is very comfortable and the terrace and pool are perfect to chill out in a the end of a busy day.
Aqualand is very close to the villa. It has some amazing water attractions such as Tsunami which is more than 21 metres high and 180 metres long, Ciclones, Gravity, Kamikazes, Tornado and many other thrilling rides. Even bigger is the famous Siam Water Park. With very attractive Thai styled architecture and water slides up to 28 metres high it is a wonderful day out. There are slides catering for water babies through to thrill seeking children and adults, the most popular being the Tower of Power. Children love the white sandy beach, swimming in the lagoon and chilling on the lazy river.
The dramatic Teide National Park is a fabulous adventure. At 3718 metres high, Mount Teide is the world’s third highest volcano after Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea in Hawaii. You should take the fast cable car to the summit. You can book a ‘Mount Teide for Families’ excursion for a private 2 ½ hour guided tour of the volcano and to its most dramatic viewpoints of the Pico Viejo crater.
Close to the Teide National Park is Forestal Park. Within the pine forests you can have great fun ascending the treetop canopy 100ft above ground, walking the rope bridges, tackling the swings, ladders, wooden ledges and the 230 metre long zipline. Younger children aged 6 and over can enjoy a much lower circuit.
Monkey Park is also close to the villa. It boasts 20 different types of monkeys and apes. It is advertised as the biggest little zoo in the world! You will also see iguanas, turtles, crocodiles, lemurs and snakes. You can see more animals at Loro Parque. It is a beautiful zoo and home to the world’s largest collection of parrots. There are some amazing shows to watch which are very informative.

The Villa was home from home and well thought out, to also include items for younger members of the family which was story books, toilet seats and small table and chairs. Great Location, well looked after, had a great family holiday
Second time at Villa Jade, perfect location, weather still good in Nov 2019. Property has been improved and I understand further upgrades are being made by new owner. Lovely Villa everything you would want is provided, superb pool area and pool heated to a nice temperature. David was very helpful. Will be going back next year.

Lovely Villa everything you would want is provided, superb pool area and pool heated to a nice temperature. David was very helpful. Will be going back next year.

Really nice Villa in a good location
This is a great villa in a pretty quiet location that is about 15 - 20 minutes walk down to Playa Fanabe, or around 4 - 5 euros if you take a taxi. It has a very large master bedroom with 3 other good size double bedrooms, with a good size kitchen and living area with a huge TV with access to sports channels. The pool is a good size and the water temperature was nice. There are a number of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a great spa all within walking distance.

Kitchen fully equipped, pool amazing, 2 older grand children loved it and didnt want to leave it. It was hard to prize them out to go int town. David very helpful from the moment of booking. I was really worried about booking on line after the horror stories that you hear but he dealt with queries quickly and fully. Would recommend villa to family and friends

Superb holiday
Absolutely fantastic enjoyed every minute of it , David was great and came round to see if everything was ok and they even thought of the bits they left in so you can make a coffee or tea when you get there . Couldn't fault thank you and would definitely stay here again.

We rented the villa of David for one week in August, he was exceptionally helpful and made us feel so welcome on our arrival the Villa was beautiful and everything was perfect, The villa was furnished to the highest of standard and it had absolutely everything we needed for a great holiday. We will most certainly go back to this villa and he will also highly recommend to the family and friends...the pool area was spotless with plenty of sun beds and the hot side kitchen was a huge bonus as we loved barbecuing each night....Thank you again David and co for our very relaxed fun holiday Regards Debbie
