From the entrance of the villa is a lounge, with the bathroom directly on the left. This leads on to the laundry room and a further living room and dining area adjacent to a fully equipped modern kitchen.

A staircase found in the entrance climbs to the first floor which houses the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite with the other two sharing a bathroom accessed from both bedrooms.

Also on the first floor is a library with access to a large terrace that enjoys panoramic views. A staircase from here leads down to the wonderful garden terrace.

Tax From 1st July 2016, every client who is over the age of 16 will be required to pay the 'Eco Tax' in Mallorca. The tax is €1.10 per person per night from 1st May - 31st October and €0.55 per person per night at all other times. Please note that this tax will need to be paid prior to your holiday commencing.
Security deposit Refundable security deposit of £200 to be paid prior to holiday commencing. This will be refunded upon your return and confirmation that the villa is in satisfactory condition.
Other 2 Air conditioning, where available, will operate on a timer between then hours of 2pm to 4pm and again from 8pm to 8am.
