 Can Canica, a beautiful villa in Mallorca between Puerto Pollensa’s beaches and Pollensa’s historic old town centre, exudes elegance.

From the expansive entrance hall with marble floors to the large pool with Jacuzzi, the property demonstrates the best of Mediterranean island living. Sunbathe on a mosaic-style terrace and dine al fresco in the shade.

Inside, the five bedrooms (2 doubles, three twins) have a stylish simplicity, though the first-floor bedroom has a spacious dressing room. The three bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, include beautiful marble fittings.

You’ll love the sweeping staircase to the first-floor balcony with wifi connectivity and panoramic views of the pool, garden and surrounding countryside. With a fully equipped modern kitchen and comfortable lounge that opens to the terrace, you’ll have all you need.

Take an evening paseo in Puerto Pollensa between the marina, the numerous restaurants and the promenade at the Pine Walk, all with the Tramuntana mountains as a backdrop.

You can shop at Pollensa’s weekly market in the Placa Mayor, and the resort and beaches of Cala San Vincente are also only a short drive away.

Can Canica is 65 km from Palma de Mallorca airport, just 3 km from Puerto Pollensa.

  • Air Conditioning is running from 2 pm to 4 pm & from 8 pm to 8 am
  • In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

The property is located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

Pollensa has everything you need for a beautiful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches.

The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the roads that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars.

The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.

The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views do not disappoint.
