The villa is located in the Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa, just a short walking distance from the local beach, restaurants, bars and bustling shops. Whether you are looking for peace and tranquillity or a lively escape, there is something for everyone!
Even on approach, the ultra-modern, contemporary styles of this stunning villa are evident. Entering from the rear street entrance, a large marble barbecue area bordered by a manicured garden leads the way to the villa’s front door. With an imposing white façade and large expanses of glass, you get a sneak peek into what to expect inside!
Spread over four floors, there is plenty of room for eight guests to spread out and relax. Each corner you turn offers a new luxury feature, making every moment of your holiday feel truly special. Guests enter the villa on the first floor, with a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen and a fabulous, open-plan lounge and dining space.
Contemporary furnishings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a huge, elegant terrace create a serene atmosphere, that makes it impossible not to relax! The terrace boasts a beautiful private swimming pool, luxury four-poster day beds and large outdoor sofas where you can soak in the sunshine, sipping cocktails, reading books and sharing time with your loved ones.
There is a sleek, en-suite double bedroom on the first floor, with glass doors opening to the terrace so you can stroll in and out with ease.
The remaining bedrooms are on the floor below, including a beautiful master suite and two further en-suite double rooms. Also, on this floor is a stunning indoor, heated swimming pool with a small fitness area, perfect for those who enjoy a more active relaxation!

Situated in a quiet residential area of Puerto Pollensa, Boquer Deluxe is in easy reach of the beaches and harbour of the stunning resort. Once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca, Puerto Pollensa has a beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay, with a stunning mountain backdrop.
The resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants. The beach is long and wide and furnished with sun loungers and many cool beach bars.
On the other side of the port, D’Albercuix Beach runs alongside a promenade known as the pine walk and lined with tall pine trees. The beach is smaller and less touristy, making it ideal for younger families.
Other beaches nearby include Cala San Vincent, an old fishing village arranged around four little cove beaches and stunning blue water, Cala Barques and Cala Molins.
Just 2km away is Pollensa, one of Mallorca’s most attractive towns due to the winding cobbled lanes with historic architecture and an impressive main square, lined with cafes, restaurants and bars, which make this ancient town a beautiful spot to explore or head out for a meal.
