Villa Maresa has been lovingly renovated and is in the perfect holiday location near Puerto Pollença. It benefits from plenty of outdoor space and is ideal for families and older guests as the villa is set over one floor. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery, that is then complimented by the property with its neutral and soft colours throughout. Villa Maresa has plenty of windows throughout the house that lets natural light flood the property, making it the perfect place to relax.
The living space has comfortable sofas that you can sink into, and from there you can enjoy the television and the company of your guests. The dining area, which can be reached through the living room, has a formal dining table. The separate kitchen is newly refurbished and has been fully equipped with high-end appliances that leave nothing left to be desired.
There are exposed wooden beams that run throughout the villa, from the living space to the bedrooms tying each room together with this celebration of traditional architecture. The bedrooms are minimal and homely; they let natural light in through large windows and additionally offer stunning views. Two of the rooms have double beds and the final two rooms have twin beds. The double rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub shower combination, and these rooms are also air-conditioned. The final two bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom, and one of the rooms is air conditioned.
When you exit out onto the covered poolside terrace, there's an outdoor seating area along with a dining area where you can enjoy alfresco dining. These comfortable locations are perfect for relaxing by the pool under the shade, but if you want to catch the sun, then there are sun loungers arranged around the private pool. There is a grassy area around the pool that is great for kids to run around and play games. The large pool is a perfect addition to this beautiful Mallorcan villa, making it the perfect family retreat.

- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa MaresaPuerto Pollença was an old fishing port in beautiful Pollença. As it was an old fishing port, it retains some of its old-time traditional aspects which you’ll be quickly exposed to on a stroll through the town. You’ll find a great collection of cafes and restaurants, and if seafood is a favourite of yours, then you’ll be in great company here. Puerto Pollença has beautiful sandy beaches for you to explore, and the atmosphere overall is laid back and friendly, families and couples return time and time again as it remains a favourite with them! From the horseshoe-shaped bay, you can see the stunning Tramuntana mountain range, which were recently declared to be a world heritage site – their beauty is spectacular.
Nearby you have Alcudia which is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that offer this activity will have equipment to hire). For the families, or the kids at heart, there is the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Maresa is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is huge! Kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if it is needed.
Puerto Pollença has some beautiful beaches, and at some of them you’ll find water sports available. This family-friendly and laid-back location in Mallorca has some lovely restaurants and activities ready for the family to experience and enjoy. With the use of public transport, you’ll be able to explore the nearby locations and find even more for the whole family to experience.
