Inside, this property pulls on a variety of distinct style choices, giving each room its own sense of character. The main living area exudes elegance, seen by the signature and ornate carving above the fireplace. This space also makes use of a selection of beautiful sofas and armchairs, emphasising the serene and stylised nature of the entire property. There is also a very large collection of books located at the back of the room which allows guests to use this space to lose themselves in an interesting book whenever they please. The dining area uses a very broad table that is accompanied by a number of white chairs. In addition, this space also leads out to the garden area, creating an abundance of natural light sources within one space. The kitchen is possibly Alcudia Verd’s most attractive element, using a pastel mint colour scheme throughout. As a result, guests can use all of the amenities to experiment with their cooking skills in this deeply wonderful space.
Alcudia Verd is also home to four incredible and spacious bedrooms, each allowing guests to gain a sense of privacy and tranquillity whilst on holiday. The first three bedrooms all contain considerable double beds and a number of alluring furnishings. Thus, guests can enjoy a serene night’s sleep throughout their stay on this property. The fourth bedroom uses a pair of single beds, making it ideal for two small children or a couple who prefers to sleep apart.

Club de Golf Alcanada is 10-minutes away, and an 18-hole game costs around €145 per guest.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.

If you are a family of history fanatics, the Roman Remains of Pollentia is a must-see attraction. This considerable excavation site has artefacts that date back to 123BC, emphasising the archaic nature of this landmark. Guests can uncover the authentic theatre, forum, and residential town, all of which have been preserved to the highest ability. There is also a small museum that is located close by that presents a wide range of clothes and coins that help to show how normal citizens lived their lives under Roman rule. The Roman Remains of Pollentia is located just 3-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia, and tickets cost just €3 per guest.
S’Albufera Nature Reserve is a very popular attraction, particularly amongst avid bird watchers. This nature reserve is the largest wetland in the entirely of the Balearic Islands and often hosts a collection of rare birds as it is seen as a key stopping point for birds migrating from Africa to Europe. Guests can travel around the park and visit the many observation stations and watch these birds interact from a more personal perspective. There are also a collection of hiking trails to discover, all of which can be travelled via foot or by bike. The visitor centre can help guests find the ideal trail for them as well as provide an appropriate permit if they are looking to park their car on-site. S’Albufera Nature Reserve can be found over 15-minutes away from Alcudia town centre.
Hidropark is possibly Alcudia’s most popular tourist attraction, sporting a wide assortment of thrilling water attractions. This park has immersive rides such as Kamikaze, Octopus, and an exhilarating wave pool, allowing children to jump into a wealth of exciting action. There are also a collection of restaurants on-site, ensuring that each guest can enjoy an indulgent meal before returning back to the water for more fun. Hirdropark is just under 10-minutes away from the town centre of Alcudia, and tickets cost €27.95 for adults and €19.95 for children when purchased online in advance.
