Villa Blanco could not be better suited for an idyllic escape to the sunny island of Ibiza. Nestled amongst the trees and hills in the rural town on San Lorenzo, calm and tranquillity can be found in abundance. This beautifully modern and stylish villa boasts expansive outdoor space and incredible facilities throughout!

Designed to accommodate twelve guests, there are various spots to enjoy peace and quiet, but also beautifully designed group areas to laugh and play in. With a playground and trampoline the kids are spilt for choice, whilst the adults can enjoy all of the many outdoor lounge areas.

Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a large open plan living space with beautiful modern furnishings. The warm and comforting lounge has ample room for large groups without losing the feeling cosiness and moves seamlessly into the dining area. With its large table for group dining and expansive patio doors the dining area is perfect to enjoy sociable evenings with your loved ones. The kitchen boasts all the modern equipment you may need, and only furthers the stunning interior of the villa.

With six bedrooms all with en-suites and uniquely furnished there is plenty of space to spread out. With five of the bedrooms within the main building, the exceptional views from the beautiful balconies are tailored to relax and unwind on. The final bedroom is part of a gorgeous garden cabin, with its own kitchen and facilities, perfect for any couples that desire extra privacy.

Outside Villa Blanco keeps exceeding expectations. Walking through one of the large patio doors onto the deck, you gravitate towards the 16-metre glistening swimming pool. Surrounded with sun loungers, umbrellas and giant sun beds to laze the day away on, it is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity Villa Blanco offers. Also, outside is the huge barbeque area, with its own kitchen, pizza oven and family table, al fresco dining is a real pleasure in the beautiful Ibiza evenings, what more could you want?!

Nestled amidst rolling fields, pine-clad hills and gorgeous greenery, San Lorenzo is a small rural village, towards the centre of the island. Villa Blanco’s location is tranquil, calming and beautiful, with a few other luxury properties nearby, its perfect for everyone. This side of Ibiza perhaps comes as a surprise to some, but the northern region offers idyllic escapism to those wise enough to look for it.

Villa Blanco’s central location means that nothing is out of reach. About a ten-minute drive will bring you to the village of San Miguel. Larger than San Lorenzo but still small, this lovely little place bursts into life on Thursdays with a market from 4 pm until 8 pm. Selling locally produced goods, you’ll also be entertained with traditional dancing in the main square.

THE REGION

San Juan (Sant Joan in Catalan) really is the last village in Ibiza. Arrive there and the only place left to go is the beach at Cala San Vicente, some kilometres down a steep, twisting road through pine-clad hills.

This traditionally rural area is home to a large number of agrotourism accommodations in all of Ibiza. Visitors come here to step back in time to the days when the island was a quiet Spanish backwater.

The day of 24 June is the day of the village's patron San Juan, Saint John the Baptist. The evening before, on 23 June, the night of San Juan is happening, a raucous fiesta featuring firecrackers and bonfires to drive away evil spirits and welcome the summer is celebrated in the village.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €5,000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Minimum stay High-speed Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
