Nestled in the foothills of the majestic Sierra Blanca, this spectacular modern mansion offers a truly unique setting, with an elegant design and several stunning terraces, inviting you to unwind in the sun whilst admiring panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and down to the sea.
 
Staggered over several levels, Casa Colores enjoys a secluded position surrounded by lush natural greenery. The striking facade is punctuated by large openings, allowing the interior rooms to spill out onto several terraces, creating a seamless and airy living space. Designed by renowned architect Joaquin Torres, the decor is sophisticated and refined, whilst strong attention has been given to ensuring a minimal eco-footprint. The interior is immaculately furnished and finished in a minimal palette, whilst colourful artwork and quirky lighting add a fun sense of character. On the ground floor, the kitchen sits within an impressive double-height space with sleek white surfaces and a long central counter that is fully equipped with quality appliances. The neighbouring dining room has ample room for everyone, whilst, to the far side, a luxurious living room features a large sofa and several stylish armchairs, perfectly arranged to enjoy views out to the terrace and landscape beyond.
 
Stepping outside, the terrace opens up to the view, with a spectacular infinity pool that appears to fall away into the forest beyond. Several seating areas are tucked beneath the shade, perfect for alfresco dining, and a row of stylish loungers invite you to dry off beside the pool, soaking up the sun after a refreshing swim. Make the most of the evenings, sitting out on the terrace whilst sharing a delicious home-cooked meal or in the hot tub, or if you would prefer a cosy evening inside, head downstairs to the impressive home cinema to enjoy a movie.
 
There are eight bedrooms in all, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, whilst six of these also enjoy their own elegant en-suite. Two of the bedrooms are located in a convenient guest apartment. In line with the rest of the villa, all of the rooms have been carefully furnished with a minimalistic style and thoughtful touches to ensure a luxurious experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw in plenty of light, whilst on the upper level, several of the rooms open out onto an additional terrace, perfect for waking up in the morning and enjoying a quiet coffee whilst soaking up the stunning surroundings.
 
For those looking to keep up routine, a fitness suite sits on the lower level, whilst a wonderful spa area with a sauna and steam room invites you to switch off and indulge in some quiet time. There is also a ping-pong table that offers entertainment on a rainy day, whilst outside, guests can take advantage of their own private tennis court. A really interesting addition to this property is the indoor beauty salon available to guests, which has all the appliances you will need to look your best! Situated at the heart of this stunning property is 'The Pulse' - a 15-metre steel structure by Belgain artist Anne Quinze, which connects the all of the floors of the house with its distinctive presence.

Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca, Casa Colores enjoys a peaceful position whilst being just a short drive from the Costa del Sol's glorious beaches.  
 
Hop in the car to reach the coast in less than 15 minutes, where you can expect long stretches of golden sand that fall away into the deep blue Mediterranean. The popular Playa de Nagüeles hosts Marbella's most exclusive hotels and restaurants, and you can wander along the shoreline dipping your toes in the sea or stop off to enjoy some lunch. Trocadero is a great option for freshly grilled fish or sipping on a cocktail whilst soaking up the view. With over 20 beaches stretching along the coast, there is plenty to choose from, and you can spend leisurely days sitting in the sun or have a go at one of the fun water sports activities on offer.
 
Take a trip down to the trendy Puerto Banus, or head into Marbella itself to explore the town's vibrant cultural tapestry. Wander through the old town to discover the cobbled streets, shaded squares and historic architecture. Visit the beautiful Iglesia Santa Maria de la Encarnacion or stop in the nearby Plaza de los Naranjos, where you can enjoy an ice cream Mauro's Heladeria and sit on one of the sunny terraces to soak up the lively atmosphere. Escape the heat in one of the verdant parks, resting beneath the trees of  Parque de la Constitucion or strolling along the tiled pathways of Parque del Alameda and admiring the pretty running fountains.
 
Thanks to the warm climate, the surrounding region is popular with sports enthusiasts, and there are numerous golf and tennis clubs dotted along the coast. Enjoy a round on one of the immaculately maintained courses, or try your hand at a game of tennis or paddle.
 
Whilst the seafront is bursting with fun, why not head up into the mountains and explore the lush landscape and pretty hillside villages? Take one of the well-marked trails to discover the pine groves, or opt for a more challenging route up to the top of La Concha, where you will be rewarded with views stretching down to the coastline. Nearby Ojen is a great starting point for a hike, or head along to the charming village of Benahavis to discover the typical Andalusian settlement and enjoy some of the region's best cuisine in one of the local restaurants. Los Faroles is known for specialities such as ternera en salsa, whilst the Flor de Lis combines Galician and Mediterranean dishes, which you can enjoy whilst sitting out on the lovely square terrace.

On the lower level, a ping-pong table is perfect for rainy days, whilst an impressive home cinema is ideal for setting younger ones up in front of a movie, and parents can enjoy peaceful evenings sitting out on the terrace above.
 
The nearby mountains have plenty of trails suitable for the whole family, perfect for spending a day in nature, and you can stroll beneath the pine groves and pack a picnic to enjoy the shade of the trees. The coast is just a 15-minute drive, inviting you to spend long days beside the sea, and there are plenty of beaches to choose from. Take a trip down the coast on the Banus-Marbella ferry, or head into town to grab an ice cream from one of the local cafés. To the north of the town, Parque Aquaticos features giant inflatable slides and colourful obstacles that will keep kids entertained for hours, whilst the nearby Aventura Amazonia is a great day out for the whole family.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €12,000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 - 10 pm. After 10 pm, there will be a fee of €150.
Departure time 10 am. Departures after 10 am will incur a charge of a half-day's rent until 3 pm. After 3 pm, a full-night's rent will be charged to clients.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €600, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during New Years, Easter, June, July, and August, respectively. 4-5 nights during other periods.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not permitted.
