Enter the villa at the ground floor level, where an open-plan living space with access to the garden will welcome you. The seating area has a comfy L-shaped sofa, chairs, pouffes, and coffee and side tables. The smart grey and white kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need to cater for your holiday, including a breakfast bar and that must-have coffee maker. An adjacent six-seater dining set is perfect for some informal indoor entertaining. The first four bedrooms can be found on this level, furnished with a single bed. There is also a handy guest cloakroom. Take the stairs down to the basement, where there is a service room with a washing machine and a second single bedroom. Take the open staircase to the first floor, where you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen television, and a dividing curtain which discreetly hides a trundle bed. Step out onto the sea-view furnished balcony and admire the vista. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. The upper floor is home to a main suite with a double bed, a separate dressing room, a bathroom with a shower and double vanity unit, and a panoramic bay view balcony.
