This spacious, traditionally styled villa lies within walking distance of the wonderful Moraira beach and all the amenities and activities this thriving coastal town has to offer.

Approaching the villa, among the palm trees of rural Spain, you will arrive to find three private parking spaces for your exclusive use. Entering the property, the interior displays a combination of both chic and modern and more rustic designs, creating both a comfortable yet traditional feel.

The open plan living area is incredibly spacious, with two large sofas in front of the TV/DVD player, a dining table for up to six people and a fabulous fireplace by which you can get cosy during the cooler winter evenings. There is A/C to allow you to both heats and cool the room as you please, and great windows surround the room to allow light to flood through and create a bright, airy living area. The kitchen is traditionally decorated with painted tiles and wooden fittings, yet contains all the latest mod cons including a dishwasher and coffee maker to ensure everyday life is a breeze throughout your stay. A small breakfast table provides another dining option, one of many throughout both the interior and exterior of the villa.

On this ground-floor, there is one twin bedroom, bright and spacious with direct access to the garden. This is a great room for the most active of the party, allowing you to get up and go at the first sign of sun through your private entrance! There is also a shower room on this floor. The other three bedrooms can all be found on the first-floor. One double bedroom enjoys both an ensuite bathroom and a fabulous balcony with stunning views out across Moraira, right out to the sea! The other two bedrooms, both twin rooms, are equally bright and spacious with traditional furnishings, and share another bathroom on this floor. All four bedrooms are equipped with A/C for your comfort. 

Outside, the traditional garden is a real highlight of this stunning villa – primarily for its vast private pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Around the pool is a large terrace, perfect for dipping in and out all day long, and there is also a fabulous patio around the back of the villa with a BBQ for your exclusive use throughout your stay! On the patio, you’ll find both a coffee table and two larger tables at which you can enjoy an alfresco meal in the fine weather.

With such proximity to the beach, this is the perfect villa for those looking for a sun-kissed beach holiday to a charming area of the Costa Blanca!
