Villa Eva is located in a rural setting, however only a short drive to all amenities and the beach. Not only that but it is under an hour’s drive from Alicante Airport, making it the obvious choice for families or groups of friends.

The property hosts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests at any one time. The traditional, Mediterranean style of the villa with its yellow coloured walls, white windows and bright airy rooms encompass the Spanish culture. The outside area is gorgeous with a large private swimming pool, garden with palm trees, patio area with sun loungers and a separate outdoor dining area, perfect for dining al fresco after cooking up a delicious barbecue. To top it off, the views over the countryside and coast are breath-taking.

This villa is the best choice for a large family or friends group with plenty of space for everyone and close proximity to amenities meaning groups can enjoy a self-catering holiday.

One of the main tourist destinations on Spain’s Costa Blanca, Calpe has been home to many ancient civilisations, which means it has a fascinating history and some remnants of its past, such as its Roman Baths that you can see today. Embraced by a wonderful landscape, where vineyards and mountains are a feature, Calpe is probably best known for its good value fish restaurants and lovely sandy beaches.

Calm waters lap up against a shore that continues on for around 11 km, in a spot where somehow or other modern tourism blends with natural beauty, culture and gastronomy. Expect this variety, which includes, on the one hand, some high-rise buildings close to the beach, but on the other hand the wonderful symbolic rock, Penon Ifach, which you’ve most likely seen already in photos.

In the same way, you’ll find that very deep-rooted tradition seem to co-exist harmoniously enough with the tourist industry. And even though it is one of the Costa Blanca’s busier spots, it seems to have mainly retained an attitude of warm hospitality.

Breathe in the pure sea air, while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Discover interesting flora and fauna on some of the routes, like the Sierra de Oltà, Las Salinas Natural Park, Vormar and of course Peñón de Ifach.

The villa is a lovely place for kids to hang out - teenagers and older children will love having their own space, while children of all ages will love swimming in the pool. The outdoors area all good to run around and play, will ensure many fun evenings!

Swim in the unmistakably turquoise waters, which are recognised because of their purity and choose from almost endless coves and beaches along the coastline which runs for 13 km. In total there is a choice of 14 beaches and coves, perfect for enjoying with the little ones.

Even if you’ve never been to Calpe as yet, the likelihood is that you may have seen photos of its most famous landmark – the Rock Peñon d’Ilfach. The natural park area of Peñon d’Ilfach is, in fact, the result of a landslide of the nearby Sierra de Oltà, and it’s certainly a most unique and interesting land form, perfect for exploring with the family.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €600 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm
Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €137 per booking, paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights
Changeover day Saturday during high season
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet per booking will apply (paid locally).
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in posession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A highchair and baby travel cot can be available upon request for an additional charge of €5 per item, per night.
