Perched on top of a hill, Apartment Telma is a luxurious 300 square metre getaway, looking over Estoril and the bay of Cascais with a stunning view of its marina. It features three bedrooms which accommodate a total of six guests. Blessed with easy connectivity, it’s located just off the A5, near the tennis and golf clubs.

Everyone’s favourite gathering spot is the sprawling infinity pool. Beat the Mediterranean heat with a refreshing dip, while savouring gorgeous views of the ocean. Take leisurely strolls on the manicured gardens and enjoy outdoor picnics with loved ones.

Stepping in, you’ll be impressed by the fully-functioning, modern kitchen. It’s outfitted with top-notch appliances, which include a twin gas hob and a four-space induction cooktop. Slide open the glass patio door and step onto the large veranda. This is a perfect spot to enjoy some private time or dine alfresco with the family.

The living room is open-plan, made all the more comfortable by its homey decor. It comprises dewy white walls, wooden flooring and bright pops of colour. Settle down on the two ample-sized leather sofas or the pair of single sofa chairs which encircle a beautifully-crafted coffee table. Bask in the warmth of the black stone fireplace and watch your favourite shows on the TV.

Stay comfortable no matter the weather outside thanks to the air conditioning and heating systems. If you’re working remotely, make use of the complimentary high speed internet access. Enjoy intimate meals at the 6-seater glass dining table.

Moving past the guest loo, you’ll come upon the three bedrooms. The master suite is en-suite and faces the garden. In addition to panoramic views, it offers access to the veranda. The second bedroom is a double and features its own mini veranda. It shares a bathroom with the third one. This one has twin beds, but can be turned into a double. Other amenities include fresh towels and bed linens.

They can spend hours of fun in the infinity pool, amidst jaw-dropping ocean views. Let them run freely on the manicured lawns and play outdoor games. For quieter times, settle them before the TV and put on their favourite cartoons. If you’re travelling with toddlers, you can make use of the complimentary baby high chair and cot. For extra pieces, there is a small charge.

A sure-fire hit for the entire family is a day spent at Praia da Rainha. Beat the hustle and bustle of tourists at this small, secluded bay — which once functioned as Queen Amelia’s personal beach in the 19th Century. Now, it’s a petite coastal retreat cradled between houses and eateries. Wade in the tranquil, shallow waters and enjoy local delicacies at nearby cafes and shops.

Head to the centre of Cascais and you’ll find the delightful Visconde da Luz Gardens. The little ones will love its magical rococo-style carousel, which glows beautifully in the evening. With its whimsical horses, hens, elephants, baskets and carriages, this enchanting ride, known as the Jubilo Carrousel, operates daily.

The Salt Rock Environmental Centre is a nature conservation area that boasts the first zero-energy structure in Portugal. Nestled in the glorious surroundings of Cascais beach, it offers numerous enjoyable activities for people of all ages — but especially kids. They can learn about biology and marine life by examining a plethora of sea creatures through interactive exhibits.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €500 charged by client’s credit card by the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €400, to be charged to Oliver's Travels with final balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night for over 13's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.  A 5% Service Charge is included in the final rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
