This spacious villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable Italian getaway. As you step inside, you'll be wowed by the interior stone structure designed with exposed brickwork, white-washed walls and vaulted ceilings. A sun-lit living room and dining area exude maximum comfort, fabulous for socialising in the evenings. The sleeping chambers are all located on the same floor and have easy access, with two rooms boasting double beds and two single beds. In terms of design, expect a neutral colour palette and soft furnishings, including woven blankets, rattan furniture and patterned cushions. The adjacent part of the house, fully accessible from the inside, features a charming living area with armchairs – fantastic for getting away from the others when seeking a place to unwind in privacy.

As you enter the lush garden adorned with ancient olive trees, you'll discover a hidden gem – a large swimming pool where comfortable sun loungers await. An outdoor shower serves the pool, and a covered pergola invites you to unwind amidst plush cushions overlooking the glistening waters. For those who savour the flavours of outdoor cooking, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a rustic stone table provides the ideal setting for al-fresco dining.

When you catch the itch to explore the surrounding area, head to the closest city, Locorotondo. Renowned for its well-preserved historic centre, it invites you to wander through the narrow, winding streets lined with white-washed houses and traditional Trulli architecture. Remember to bring your camera to capture the charming streets and stunning views.

Alberobello is a unique and charismatic town in the Apulia region of Italy, known for its distinctive Trulli houses, excellent for a cultured day out. Walk around the cobblestone alleyways and admire the picturesque Trulli houses, many of which are now shops, cafés, and museums. The Rione Monti district is particularly famous for its well-preserved Trulli.

Alternatively, travel to the coastline to swim in the azure sea and explore coastal towns such as Bari, Monopoli and Brindisi. They're superb for exploring on foot and full of ambient restaurants, fish markets, bars and promenades.

Trullo Pineta is just a stone's throw away from two renowned hilltop towns, Locorotondo and Alberobello, both great for exploring with children, regardless of age. Being perched atop a big hill, Locorotondo is a fantastic place from which to survey the spectacular countryside around, with plenty of walks and beautiful visas to explore with children. Alberobello is famous for its iconic white towns and UNESCO-protected trulli houses that kids will also love. You can also find unique souvenirs and local crafts, including ceramics and handmade textiles, to complete your souvenir shopping list or catch an event such as puppet theatre or art classes for children in the summer months.

Younger children will love a visit to the Museo del Territorio, promising excitement. Housed within ten trulli, this fascinating museum vividly recreates the ancient Puglian way of life from centuries past.

If you're eager to enjoy a day at the beach with buckets and spades, pristine coastlines are accessible within a half-hour drive. Your destination is the Parco Naturale Regionale Dune Costiere on the east coast, renowned for its sandy beaches and fortified coastal towns. Security deposit Either €2000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection Or, a €79 or €99 non-refundable insurance fee charged to client’s credit card by the owner upon arrival.

Changeover day Saturday from July to mid-August. Flexible during all other periods.
End of stay cleaning included? No. €400, payable locally. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Tax Italian Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night - please enquire if exact amount is required).
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
