Access the property through the electronic gates, and park your car in the private space. Enter the villa where you will find a cosy sitting room welcomes you with two sofas, an armchair, a satellite TV, and a fireplace, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The adjacent dining area seats six and opens onto the garden, creating an inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped modern kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and that must-have Italian coffee maker. For added convenience, a service room houses a washing machine and iron/ironing board.

Bedroom 1 beckons with a double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobes, TV, and a safe, whilst Bedroom 2 exudes comfort with its double bed and ample storage. The shared bathroom features a shower, hand basin, bidet, and WC.
Connected by a separate entrance, the Lamia unit offers additional privacy with a seating area, satellite TV, kitchenette, and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom, accessible from both the living area or exclusively for Bedroom 3, is equipped with a free standing bathtub, two showers, hand basin, bidet, and WC.

The extensive grounds showcase a Mediterranean gardens and impeccable lawns.
