Masseria Sisri, is a super impressive, sea view, two-storey, detached property, near to the sparkling white town of Ostuni, on the south coast of Italy. The villa spans a sprawling six hundred square metres, and cleverly blends rustic charm with contemporary elegance. With nine double bedrooms spread across two distinct sections, this luxury villa graciously accommodates up to eighteen guests, ideal for a fabulous large family holiday, or a group of friends’ get together.
The external façade of the villa is characteristic lime white, creating a striking contrast against the lush green gardens. The grounds are populated with ancient olive groves, meticulously manicured lawns, and your own private swimming pool. The interiors of Masseria Sisri are seriously stylish, with classic whitewashed and original exposed stone walls, furnished with contemporary comfortable pieces, and decorated in a sophisticated palette of subtle neutral earth tones.
Stepping through entrance, guests are welcomed into the expansive living space. A large seating area has a relaxation corner, a TV room, and a decorative fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has all the latest appliances, including a hob and oven, microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a preparation island, and access to the garden and an outdoor breakfast area. The smart dining table can seat up to twelve guests, perfect for some splendid indoor dining.
The sleeping quarters are thoughtfully divided between the historic part of the farm and a modern extension. Eight of the nine exquisitely-appointed bedrooms have double beds, and swish ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy the sea view of the sun rise from the furnished balcony. The ninth bedroom has twin beds, and there is a shared family bathroom.
Masseria Sisri's thoughtful design extends to its outdoor spaces, the 5000-square-metre enclosed gardens boast thousand year old olive trees, seasonally flowering succulents, and an orangery with soft seating and parasols. A saltwater, step entry swimming pool takes pride of place, surrounded by relaxing sun loungers, squishy bean bags, and an outdoor bathroom. The al fresco dining table can host up to eighteen guests, and is especially enjoyable when feasting with family and friends with dishes cooked on the barbeque.
With facilities ranging from complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi, to a service laundry room, and ample parking for up to ten cars, Masseria Sisri is a haven of comfort, offering guests a retreat that seamlessly blends the charm of rural architecture with contemporary luxury. About the surrounding area of Masseria SisriMasseria Sisri sits in the heart of the countryside, within the flat expanse of the Piana degli Ulivi Monumnetali, cultivated with olive trees that are centuries old. This sea view villa is on the outskirts of the charming town of Ostuni, and only twenty five minutes from the nearest international airport of Brindisi.
For your holiday provisions the charming sparkling white town of Ostuni is just two kilometres away, with its historic centre, narrow streets, convivial squares, and impressive Romanesque cathedral.
The nearest and best beaches are an eight minute drive to the protected coastal marine areas of Torre Guaceto, Torre Pozzelle, and Santa Sabina, with dunes and crystal clear waters that are great for swimming; Pilone, with golden sands, and organised clubs; and Rosa Marina, the longest stretch of beach in the area, with public and private sections. Whilst you are there enjoy paddleboarding, wind and kite surfing, or a boat trip along the coast.
Keep fit with a cycle through the countryside, or hike a local trail through olive groves and historic sites. Tee off at the San Domenico Golf Course, or play a game of tennis at the nearby club. Take a tour of the many wineries, and sample a glass of Puglia’s famous Primitivo.
Visit the local villages, or go further afield and head north to the holiday hot spot of Monopoli, or south to the ancient town of Brindisi.
As dusk falls sip cocktails, and wine and dine in the Piazza della Liberta, the main square in Ostuni, then dance until dawn at one of the beach clubs, which transform themselves into lively nightspots.

The area is renowned for its beautiful beaches, and fabulous famous dunes. Most notably for families, Torre Guaceto, with its pristine sands, and clear, shallow waters, it’s perfect for making sand castles or swimming and snorkelling in the Adriatic Sea. Rosa Marina is famous for its soft golden sands, organised facilities, brilliant beach clubs, and fabulous water sports for your older kids. Keep them active with a hike, bike, or horse ride through the local countryside and coastline.
Spend the day in nearby Ostuni old town, wander through the historic centre, visit the cathedral, and enjoy a family feast of local delicacies at one of the many welcoming cafes and restaurants. Check out the local events, and if you are lucky you might be there to join in the celebrations of the Ostuni Carnival.
Have some family fun with cooking classes where you can all learn to make traditional Puglian dishes. Take a tour around the local olive groves, and see how they make the delicious olive oils.
Go field afield to Zoosafari Fasanolandia in Fasano, a drive through safari park, with pools and slides for all age groups too.
