Casa Pinnacolo is located near the historic town of Ostuni in Puglia on Italy’s south coast. This impressive property has a two-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom separate annexe that accommodates up to ten guests. It’s perfect for large family holidays, two families sharing, or a group of friends getaway. The one-storey detached houses sit on gorgeous grounds with meticulously maintained lawn gardens, an ancient olive grove and fragrant fig trees.
Enter the main house, where you will be welcomed by a light and airy open-plan living area with French doors that open onto the pool terrace and gardens. The seating area has an L-shaped sofa, which can transform into a bed suitable for one adult or two children, and in the evening, the space can be curtained off for privacy. The adjacent white dining set seats six, perfect for informal indoor entertaining. The modern kitchen is small but beautifully formed and equipped with everything you need to cater for your holiday, including an oven and hob, fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. Two bedrooms have double beds and private shower rooms with hand basins, bidets, and WCs. Additionally, there’s a family bathroom with a bath, hand basin, bidet, and WC.
Cross the garden to the independent annexe with two bedrooms with double beds and a separate bathroom with a hand basin, bidet, and WC. A patio is home to a soft seating area, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or sunset cocktail.
Step outside and admire the mature gardens, with lush green lawns, olive groves, and fig trees. The sixty square metre step entry, private swimming pool takes centre stage. The pool is surrounded by relaxing sun loungers, a hammock, and a cooling-down outdoor shower. A pavilion with a soft seating area is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and catching up with this season’s best seller. Meet at dusk under the pergola, where there is a fully-equipped summer kitchen and ten-seater dining set, and enjoy supper under the stars.

About the surrounding area of Casa PinnacoloCasa Pinnacolo sits in the idyllic Puglian countryside on the road to Ostuni, on the south coast of Italy. The nearest international airport is Brindisi, a scenic thirty-five-minute drive to your holiday home. The charming town of Ostuni is only a few kilometres away, with its historic centre, narrow streets, with whitewashed buildings, and impressive Romanesque cathedral.
The nearest and best beaches are a twenty-minute drive to the protected marine area of Torre Guaceto, with dunes and crystal clear waters that are great for swimming; Pilone, with golden sands and organised clubs; and Rosa Marina, the longest stretch of beach in the area, with public and private sections. Whilst you are there enjoy paddleboarding, wind and kite surfing, or a boat trip along the coast.
Keep fit with a cycle through the countryside or hike a local trail through olive groves and historic sites. Tee off at the San Domenico Golf Club. Take a tour of the many wineries and sample a glass of Puglia's famous Primitivo.
Visit the local villages, or go further afield and head north to the holiday spot of Monopoli or south to Brindisi's ancient town.
As dusk falls, sip cocktails and wine and dine in the Piazza della Liberta, the main square in Ostuni, then dance until dawn at one of the beach clubs, which transform into lively nightspots.

The area is renowned for its beautiful beaches, most notably for families; Torre Guaceto, with its pristine sands and clear, shallow waters, is perfect for making sand castles or swimming and snorkelling in the Adriatic Sea. Rosa Marina is famous for its soft golden sands, organised facilities, brilliant beach clubs, and fabulous water sports for your older kids. Keep them active with a hike, bike, or horse ride through the local countryside and coastline.
Spend the day in Ostuni’s old town, wander through the historic centre, visit the cathedral, and enjoy a family feast of local delicacies at one of the many welcoming cafes and restaurants. Check out the local events, and if you are lucky, you might be there to join in the celebrations of the Ostuni Carnival.
Have some family fun with cooking classes where you can all learn to make traditional Puglian dishes. Take a tour around the local olive groves and see how they make the delicious olive oils.
