Casa Ludovica is a charming one-storey countryside villa located near Ostuni, in the picturesque region of Puglia on the south coast of Italy. This modern and stylish property is an ideal retreat for couples seeking a peaceful getaway or a romantic honeymoon.
The villa boasts a bijou design with one ensuite bedroom, making it perfect for an intimate stay. The 32m2 living space features an open-plan studio layout, including a comfortable sofa bed for two children. Guests can enjoy the warmth of an open fireplace, along with a four-seater dining set, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a fridge-freezer, hob, and that must have Italian coffee maker.
Go through the archway to the beautifully dressed bedroom, with a king-size bed, a chest of drawers, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom, with its 7m2 barrel ceiling, enhances the sense of luxury and features a walk-in shower, bidet, WC, and a stone hand basin.
Casa Ludovica's exterior is equally enticing, with a panoramic 2000m2 Mediterranean garden. The private terrace offers stunning countryside views, and the 3.1 x 2.5m hydromassage Jacuzzi provides a perfect spot for relaxation. Sun loungers invite guests to bask in the sun, while a patio table and chairs create an ideal setting for outdoor meals. A barbecue is also available for grilling some local delicacies and dining under the twinkling stars.
The villa comes equipped with essential facilities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, mosquito nets, smoke detectors, and CO2 detectors. For added convenience, baby amenities are provided for those traveling with little ones. Guests can also arrange for the services of a private chef or airport transfers upon request.

Location
About the surrounding area of Casa LudovicaCasa Ludovica can be found in the heart of the Puglian countryside, near to the town of Ostuni, on the south coast of Italy. The nearest international airport is near Brindis, a scenic forty minute drive to your holiday home. The nearby village is within walking distance for supplies and family run restaurants and bars. The charming town of Ostuni is only four kilometres away with its historic centre, narrow streets, with whitewashed buildings, and impressive Romanesque cathedral.
The nearest and best beaches are a fourteen kilometre drive to the protected marine area of Torre Guaceto, with dunes and crystal clear waters that are great for swimming; Pilone, with golden sands, and organised clubs; and Rosa Marina, the longest stretch of beach in the area, with public and private sections. Whilst you are there enjoy paddleboarding, wind and kite surfing, or a boat trip along the coast.
Keep fit with a cycle through the countryside, or hike a local trail through olive groves and historic sites. Tee off at the San Domenico Golf Club. Take a tour of the many wineries, and sample a glass of Puglia’s famous Primitivo.
Visit the local villages, or go further afield and head north to the holiday hot spot of Monopoli, or south to the ancient town of Brindisi.
As dusk falls sip cocktails, and wine and dine in the Piazza della Liberta, the main square in Ostuni, then dance until dawn at one of the beach clubs, which transform themselves into lively nightspots.

Best Suited For: All AgesThere’s lots for you and your family to do when you stay in the Puglian countryside on the south coast of Italy. Starting with the beautiful beaches, most notably for families, Torre Guaceto, with its pristine sands, and clear, shallow waters, it’s perfect for making sand castles or swimming and snorkelling in the Adriatic Sea. Rosa Marina is famous for its soft golden sands, organised facilities, brilliant beach clubs, and fabulous water sports for your older kids. Keep them active with a hike, bike, or horse ride through the local countryside and coastline.
Spend the day in Ostuni old town, wander through the historic centre, visit the cathedral, and enjoy a family feast of local delicacies at one of the many welcoming cafes and restaurants. Check out the local events, and if you are lucky you might be there to join in the celebrations of the Ostuni Carnival.
Have some family fun with cooking classes where you can all learn to make traditional Puglian dishes. Take a tour around the local olive groves, and see how they make the delicious olive oils.
Go field afield to Zoosafari Fasanolandia in Fasano, a drive through safari park, with pools and slides for all age groups too.
