Just 2km from Anacapri town, it is an enviable base for exploring the stunning island of Capri and heading out for dinner in Capri town.
The home has been finished to the highest of standards and has been recently modernised to offer guests the very best when staying here. The spacious accommodation is set over two floors; the ground floor is home to the master suite which comprises of a vast, open-plan living and dining space with an open fireplace and a staggering natural rock wall. The suite also has a bright and airy double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a contemporary en-suite bathroom, plus access to a furnished terrace.
Upstairs is where you will find the remaining bedrooms and the communal areas of the villa. Up here you can discover three further double bedrooms, one of which has en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a large, family bathroom. In addition to the bedrooms, this floor houses the fully-fitted kitchen and a light-flooded living and dining space which overlooks the garden and the sea beyond.
Outdoors, the clean lines and the elegant style of the villa continues in to the expansive garden which is dotted with Mediterranean plants, citrus trees and plenty of seating areas. The garden is the ideal space to unwind in and take in the panoramic views from the terrace. Outdoors you can enjoy a swim in the private pool, read a book on the outdoor sofas or dine-alfresco with the scent of the native flowers on the warm breeze.
As the home is fully staffed and serviced, this is the perfect choice for those looking for true rest and relaxation. Everything you need can be arranged for you, so you can let go of the stresses of day-to-day life and spend quality time with family or friends. A chef, trained at one of Italy’s best academies, will be on hand to prepare delectable breakfasts and multi-course meals, which can be planned out to include your food preferences. Please note that the cost of food and beverages is extra, to be paid locally. There is also a concierge team, housekeeping and a butler available to assist you.
As well as the in-house services, you are able to arrange an array of experiences and classes including: scuba diving, private helicopter transfers, fitness classes, wine tastings in the owner’s cellars and many more!
When you want to get out and see more of the island, you will never be far from some gorgeous beaches, natural attractions and towns. The island’s two main towns, Anacapri and Capri, are both under 6km away and beaches line the coast. You will be spoilt for choice when planning out day trips as you can visit the towns, historic sites, the Blue Grotto cave or even take boat trips to other islands such as Ischia.

About the surrounding area of Villa BiyuLocated within the lush vegetation of Silvania Park in Anacapri and offering incredible views over the sea, Villa Biyu is ideally set for visiting elegant Capri town and for getting to know more of the rest of this amazing island.
You will find the closest amenities just 2km away from the villa in Anacapri which is one of the two main towns on the islands. Less well-known than its sister town of Capri, Anacapri is a fantastic place to have so close. The picturesque, whitewashed town sits at the base of Monte Solaro and has a peaceful, authentic feel to it. Much of the town is pedestrianised so is easy to stroll around as you discover traditional eateries and artisan shops.
There is lots to keep you entertained in Anacapri, you can see the gorgeous Casa Rossa and its museum, the Chiesa di San Michele and the Scala Fenicia; a set of 1000 steps which is the historic route in to Capri. For the best views over the natural landscape and towards Capri town, why not take the chair lift from Piazza Vittoria up to the top of Monte Solaro. The ride is great fun and takes around 12 minutes. Keen hikers can also hike the 7.2km round trail.
A wonderful place to spend the day is Villa San Michele which is 3km away from the house and is the best-known attraction in the area. The splendid villa is the work of Swedish doctor and author Axel Munthe who brought his dreams to life here on the island. The picture-postcard 19th-century home was built on the ruins of a chapel and is spread over a number of floors and is set in incredible landscaped gardens.
If you would like to learn more about the island’s long history, then why not visit Villa Jovis which is reached by walking from Capri town. The remains of this vast villa, once owned by Roman Emperor Tiberius are an incredible place to visit. It is said that Tiberius could not stand the politics in Rome and so loved to spend time here at his peaceful retreat on Capri. There is plenty to see and do here, so set aside two or three hours to make sure you can explore the servant quarters, the main villa, the church, the bath houses and see the mosaics.
Close to Villa Jovis (and just 8km away from the Villa Biyu) you can also visit Bagni di Tiberio which is one of the island’s best-loved beaches. This beach has been a favourite with islanders for 2000 years and offers sand and pebble areas as well as rocky platforms which are used for sun bathing. T
here are plenty of beaches dotted around Capri, with the closest being just 2km away, close to the Blue Grotto. Most of the beaches here are rocky, due to the volcanic nature of the island, but you can still find comfort on the sun loungers of chic beach clubs. Another unmissable beach is Faraglioni which is 6km away and is covered with fine imported sand. The beach club here offers comfy white mattresses and refreshing drinks which you can sip while looking out over the imposing rock formations.
When you wish to visit the lively and exclusive town of Capri, it is only 6km away by car. Sitting on a plateau above the Marine Grande, the town is the island’s focal point and a wonderful place to explore and to dine out in the evenings. Everything in town spans out from the bustling Capri Piazzetta, so this is a great place to start. From here you can discover the boutique and designer shops and chic cafes which line the town’s squares with ease. After a morning of shopping, you may like to unwind in the shade of a tree in the tranquil Augustus Gardens or you could discover the charms of one of the grand historic villas such as Villa Lysis.

One of the best-loved attractions on the island is the Blue Grotto which is a gorgeous cave in which the water appears an other-worldly colour of blue due to the light’s refraction. As the grotto can only be accessed by rowing boat and is quite a busy attraction, you could combine your visit with a boat trip along the coast. On board you can enjoy lunch, have a swim in the sea and then be taken in to the enchanting cave by your guide.
