The attention to detail in this villa will astound you from designer furnishings and ultra-modern appliances to inviting en-suite bedrooms decorated in warm colours, each one with its own patio. The set-up allows guests privacy in their own space yet there is always the opportunity to meet in the wonderful open-plan living room with its state-of-the-art kitchen and elegant yet easy going ambience. Sliding doors lead straight out to a magnificent pergola terrace where you can prepare a barbecue, feast with friends and relax with good local wine.

The heated swimming pool is set in the vast gardens where there are plenty of spots to relax in the shade or soak up the Provençal sunshine. The high level of service from the owner will equally exceed your expectations with the possibility of a daily breakfast delivery, in-house catering and babysitting on request as well as additional maid service, bike rental and the booking of private tour guides.

Just a few minutes by car, Pernes-Les-Fontaines is a delightful medieval village where you can explore and discover its many beautiful fountains dating back to the 18th century. The village and its surrounding countryside is well known for its grapes and a lovely sparkling wine is produced in the area.

Indeed, the wine routes nearby are incredible whilst other more family friendly activities include horse-riding and tree-top activity centres nearby plus a delightful model railway nearby.

Head to Carpentras on a Friday morning for its unmissable market and don’t miss the lively city of Avignon during your stay with its two UNESCO world heritage sites. Furthermore, you are perfectly located for the glorious Luberon region and archetypal Provençal villages such as Bonnieux, Roussillon and Van Gogh’s beloved Gordes, another one of France’s Plus Beaux Villages.

Nearby Pernes-Les-Fontaines (2km) is a delightful medieval village where you can explore and discover its many beautiful fountains dating back to the 18th century, many of them French historical monuments. The village and its surrounding countryside is well known for its grapes and a lovely sparkling wine is produced in the area. Many wonderful fruits and vegetables are grown in the farmland around, including asparagus.

Head north to Carpentras (8km) with its historical buildings and stunning architecture as well as an unmissable market on a Friday morning. There are also some lovely walking trails around the town to see the surrounding flora and fauna or there is even a nearby wine circuit to follow.

Don’t miss the lively city of Avignon (30km) during your stay. Explore the winding medieval streets, experience further excellent dining opportunities and visit two UNESCO world heritage sites, the Pope’s Palace and Saint Benezet Bridge. The covered market offers all sorts of delights or head to the weekend farmers, flower and flea markets for wonderful local produce and a bargain or two.

The village is perfectly located for the glorious Luberon region to the south-east. Here you are within driving distance of the archetypal Provençal villages of Bonnieux, Lacoste, Menerbes, Roussillon and Van Gogh’s beloved Gordes (25km), one of France’s Plus Beaux Villages.

Within the Luberon National Park the charming villages and beautiful scenery offer an ideal setting for hiking, cycling, and even kayaking along the Sorgue. Many of the idyllic hilltop villages have maintained their original features with castles, caves and historical artefacts to discover, including one of the most spectacular at La Tour d’Aigues which still has its dungeons. There are climbing opportunities near Buoux, a tiny village with a castle not to be missed and now a mecca for rock-climbing.
