Welcome to the stunning Villa Heart. Spread out across one level, this enchanting four-bedroom neo-Provençal villa is fully equipped with Wi-fi and air conditioning, ready to host you for the perfect stay.
As you step into Villa Heart, you walk into an open-plan living space with terracotta tiles, keeping your feet cool in the warm weather. An oak dining table centres the room and is ideal for the whole family to gather around on up to nine, high-backed chairs. Characterful semi-circle windows and patio doors let in an abundance of light.
A cosy kitchen has all the essentials you need to create delicious meals. The lounge has comfortable sofas that sit in front of a flat-screen TV and wood-burning chimney, which keeps the villa cosy in the winter months.
The villa has four charming bedrooms, sleeping eight guests and one child. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and flat-screen TV, making your stay feel slightly homier. In the second and third bedrooms, the double beds can convert into two single beds, perfect for families with children sharing. Each bedroom has direct access to the outdoors, with one bedroom leading to a private courtyard with soft armchairs and a small fish pond and fountain - how idyllic! You'll also find two main bathrooms; one in the master bedroom and a separate family bedroom, as well as two independent toilets for added convenience.
Outside, the villa is a private oasis for you to enjoy. An L-shaped heated pool sits in the middle of a patio with a sunken beach on one edge, surrounded by a garden filled with fauna and flora. Six sunbeds are dotted around the patio, ready for guests to soak up the sunshine. Guests also have access to an outdoor shower, a refreshing break from the warming sun.
Under a roofed shelter sits a rustic outdoor table, seating eight guests on wooden benches or cushioned seats, great for alfresco diners in the evening while watching the gorgeous sunset. On the other side of the patio, you have access to a pool house that sits to one side with its own bar, bar stools, fridge and sink. The villa also has a built-in SONOS music system, heard out on the patio and inside the villa, so you can enjoy music into the evening together.
The large patio areas, heated L-shaped swimming pool with its submerged beach and its pool house provide unrivalled views of the San Peire hill to the south of Le Plan de la Tour, which is a particularly charming Provençal village due to the friendly locals, its many restaurants, bars and shops.
Radiating harmony and peace, and ready to welcome up to eight guests and one child, Villa Heart is in the Golfe of Saint-Tropez, located only 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the village, 6 miles from the popular Sainte-Maxime beaches and 12 miles from the world-famous Saint-Tropez.

What you should know…
- For rentals of more than a week, a full linen change and fresh bath towels are provided.
- Please note that the maximum capacity at the villa is 8 adults and 1 child, not 9 adults.
- There is air conditioning available for your use in the villa, one system for the lounge and another system for the bedrooms.
- There are strictly no pets allowed at the villa, and smoking is prohibited inside.
- Two of the bedrooms are convertible into single beds for added convenience.
- Villa Heart is only 12 miles from Saint Tropez by car, and a 10-minute walk from the nearest village and local markets.
- The villa is on one floor and fully accessible for the whole family to enjoy their stay, as well as guests with reduced mobility.
- Do not hesitate to ask anything about the villa and its surroundings to the caretakers during your stay. They speak fluent English and are very friendly!

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa HeartVilla Heart is nestled amongst picturesque hamlets and villages in southern France. The main hamlet the villa is near is Saint-Martin, a charming village, filled with cobbled streets and archways. Although small, the local area is filled with bars, restaurants, and shops to enjoy beneath aged trees. Every Thursday morning, stroll through the village market, purchasing fresh local products to enjoy back at the villa which is a mere ten-minute walk away.
There are a couple of independent vineyards nearby which also offer wine tasting and tours. Les Marquets and Beaucas are well worth a visit but if you are after a bit more, the wine tastings on a Sunday morning at La Cave Des Maures are a divine way to enjoy your French getaway.
Villa Heart is only 12 miles away from the infamous Saint Tropez. Another stop well worth visiting on your way is Port Grimaud, known as the 'Venice' of the area - so romantic! Originally a small fishing town, St Tropez was put on the map in the 1950s when Brigitte Bardot starred in a French movie set in the town. Brigitte later brought a house in Saint Tropez where she still resides! Today, Saint Tropez is a haven of glitz and glamour, and has captured the hearts of film lovers and literary experts, making it one of the world’s most famous villages.
Adventure is on your doorstep at Aqualand. A waterpark that will have the whole family laughing, Aqualand is filled with a variety of waterslides, pools, and adventures. Race down the crazy race slide, hold onto the ring on the fast and magic slide and make a splash on the colourful slide; there is something to keep everyone entertained.
The south of France has an abundance of beaches to enjoy, and Villa Heart is only six miles from Sainte Maxime beaches. Sainte Maxime is a small town on the opposite side of the Gulf of Saint Tropez Bay, with several beaches within its perimeter. The beach has golden sand with direct access to the cooling sea. Cafés, bars and restaurants are peppered along the shoreline, offering a bit of cooling shade from the sizzling summer sun.
If you fancy going a little further afield, take a day trip and discover Europe’s largest canyon, Verdon Gorge. Float above the turquoise-green water on kayak or boat tours and look up at the vast grey rock above. Along the coastline, there are a variety of water sports to choose from including water skiing, wake boarding, inflatable rides, pedal boats, kayaks, paddle boarding. In the busier summer months, it’ll be worth booking these activities ahead to avoid disappointment and potentially missing out!

There is so much for the whole family to do in and around Villa Heart that you’ll be needing a second holiday to fit it all in.
The location of the villa is perfect. Secluded and quiet, you can make those all-important family memories in peace. Inside the villa, there is a large family communal space to spread out in. What’s more, two of the bedrooms with double beds can convert into twin rooms, perfect for children sharing. There’s a choice of an indoor and outdoor dining table, providing the perfect setting to gather together and talk about the day's adventures. In the garden, there is a heated pool that kids will love to make splash in.
Outside the villa, there is so much to explore. Make an even bigger splash and venture to Aqualand, near Saint Maxime, a waterpark that will have the whole family laughing. Aqualand is filled with a variety of waterslides, pools, and adventures. Race down the crazy race slide, hold onto the ring on the fast and magic slide and make a splash on the colourful slide; the kids will be laughing like mad and having the time of their lives!

Firstly, thank you. Secondly, thank you. Thirdly - book here, you will not be disappointed. The hosts were superb throughout; great communication to enable a simple trip from the UK all the way to a welcoming, cold drink on the first evening. On hand to help with any questions and discreet enough to not disturb our tranquil surroundings, they were superb. We holidayed as a family and Villa Heart catered for everyone - from 8 month old grandson, daughters, fiancées to my wife and I; the accommodation was clean, well maintained and spacious and had everything we needed. Outside, the deck was a fab outdoor space and the BBQ provided was put to good use! The pool was spot on, clean, cool and a great place to make early holiob memories. Glorious sun rises, sunsets to die for and just the best place for your holiday. While we wanted to chill - and we did! - the short walk to town was about 15-20 mins away on foot and we found everything we needed in the local grocery stores and while we didn’t go to any of the restaurants in town (Bbq at home!), they all looked super tasty! Further afield, you need a car to go to Carrefour or Lidl or enjoy some of the leisure opportunities nearby but we didn’t go beyond Villa Heart and the town…we won the award from the hosts for ‘moving the least’ - we’ll take that! Book and you won’t be disappointed."

Warm welcome, great care. We liked the proximity of the village on foot for shopping at small merchants and lively evenings at Plan de la Tour. And we found beautiful paths for our morning jogs. We recommend Villa Heart.

Villa Heart. Luxury place to chill
I spent some time here and was totally in awe of how gorgeous the villa was. Impeccably clean and had every amenity needed. A perfect retreat if you want peace and quiet, yet close enough to St. Tropez and other amazing beaches if you want that too. Overall 5 star and I will definitely go back.

Very pleasant villa
Magnificent stay. The Villa was very comfortable, quiet and not overlooked with a magnificent view of nature. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the rooms in a few minutes. The swimming pool is perfectly maintained and bath towels were made available to us. The table on the terrace sheltered from the sun is large enough to accommodate 10/12 place settings with an easy-to-use barbecue. In addition, the owner was at our disposal at any time if we had the slightest problem (e.g. power outage after a storm).

We had a great stay in this pleasant villa. The villa is magnificent with great amenities (swimming pool, ping-pong table, garden furniture, beautiful green spaces...). We had a warm welcome from Pascal and Bernie (the caretakers) who are caring and attentive!

Villa Heart
My husband and myself stayed at this beautiful private Villa for a long weekend. Our first impressions when we arrived was Wow. The views from the Villa were breathtaking, and Swimming Pool looked so inviting to take a dip, and didn't disappoint. Our rooms were very comfortable, and air- conditioning was the quietest we've experienced. We enjoyed using the Bbq & outdoor space for our stay, which was so peaceful & relaxing. We ventured out to the nearby village, which had lovely bars, restaurants and shops.
Everyone seemed so friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the lovely walk back to the Villa. We will definitely be looking to book a return visit, to stay longer, so we can explore further. Highly recommend.

Amazing time
We stayed for a week in August and had the most amazing time. The villa is so beautiful with fantastic views. Had BBQ's beside the pool every day, it is so relaxing you could just stay at the villa, it has everything you need. If you did want to venture out , it has easy access to the beaches and you can walk into the village and enjoy some lovely bars with live music. We are planning on coming back and can't wait. Enjoy your stay.
