Ideally situated just a five-minute drive from the historic centre of Vodnjan, the villa features a private garden, a sun-drenched terrace, a seasonal swimming pool, a luxurious sauna and a games room. With the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea only a twelve-minute drive away and the lively Istrian capital of Pula just over ten kilometres away, Villa Tor is the perfect place to soak up the warm Croatian sunshine whilst enjoying a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat with your loved ones.
Begin each day with a refreshing dip in the villa’s private swimming pool, located on the expansive terrace and surrounded by poolside sun loungers. Spend the rest of the morning sunbathing amidst fragrant Mediterranean shrubbery or unwinding in the shade in the company of a good book. The terrace provides plenty of space for family fun and games in the sunshine, while an outdoor shower lets you cool off whenever you fancy taking a break from the sun. Later on, gather everyone together for a barbecue at the covered dining area on Villa Tor’s spectacular first-floor balcony, accessible via an outdoor staircase. Here, you can soak up the picture-perfect Croatian sunset with a glass of Istrian wine in hand.
An abundance of natural light flows into the villa’s elegant open-plan living space, located on the first floor. This stylish space features an inviting lounge area with sumptuous sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a modern dining area where everyone can come together to discuss the day’s adventures over a home-cooked feast. Wide patio doors provide direct access to the large balcony. Meanwhile, a contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a modern island, along with everything you might need to prepare a delicious meal using the fresh local produce you have discovered. The first floor also boasts two welcoming bedrooms, a cosy twin room, a double room with balcony access, and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
On the ground floor of Villa Tor, guests will find four more double bedrooms, each of which offers a cool and restful ambience. The bedrooms feature modern en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and direct access to the sunny terrace and swimming pool. A separate entrance on the ground floor leads to the villa’s Finnish sauna, where you can feel the day’s adventures melt away. The villa’s seventh bedroom is on the lower ground floor, offering twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On this level, guests will also find the villa’s games room, complete with table tennis, billiards and table football and offering the ideal spot for a family tournament!

What you should know…
- Younger children should remain supervised whilst playing by the villa’s private swimming pool. The seasonal pool is available to guests from March 1st until November 1st.
- Villa Tor offers five double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, accommodating up to fourteen guests in total.
- The local amenities of Vodnjan are just a short stroll away. However, a car is recommended for those who wish to easily access local beaches, seaside towns and the city of Pula.

Meanwhile, nearby Pula is the region’s stunning capital, famous for its coastal gems and vibrant marketplaces.
In Istria, the irresistible Adriatic coastline inevitably beckons. From Villa Tor, the white pebble shores and crystal-clear waters of Peroj are only fifteen minutes away by car. The beaches of nearby Barbariga are rugged and remote, while a long and sunny promenade stretches from Peroj to lively Fažana, where there are plenty of convenient amenities such as beach bars and cafes, as well as local businesses offering water sports facilities, including snorkelling gear and sea kayaks. However, with a treasure trove of beautiful beaches just a short drive away, kids will need no encouragement when it comes to spending plenty of time outside in the fresh air!
The Adriatic coastline offers a seemingly endless array of safe and well-maintained beaches to discover. Rovinj is the ideal spot for those after a day of water sports, with stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling and sailing excursions all on offer. Or pack a picnic and head to the nearby shores of Peroj Beach, where everyone can spend the day dipping in and out of the warm, crystal-clear waters.
Intrepid explorers will love Brijuni National Park, where they can hop on the open-air electric train and take in the wondrous sights of the safari park, including native Istrian animals such as sheep and donkeys and exotic animals like zebras and llamas! Later on, the whole family can rent bikes to explore the endless trails the park offers or take some time to relax by the water before visiting the dinosaur footprints near the safari park. The adventure continues on the sunset boat journey back to the shores of Fažana, where everyone can stop to enjoy a well-earned ice cream!
