With the vibrant streets of Dubrovnik just a ten-minute drive away, the villa offers an enchanting seafront hideaway for up to six guests, with airy interior living spaces, a sun-drenched terrace and a private infinity pool, as well as direct access to the crystal-clear waters of the ocean. Villa Laina is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your loved ones whilst soaking up the warm Croatian sunshine and immersing yourself in the spectacular natural beauty of the Dubrovnik Riviera.
Azure skies and the gentle sea breeze will draw you outside to the villa’s secluded terrace each morning, where you can sip a freshly brewed cup of coffee whilst relaxing in the shaded outdoor lounge area. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the infinity pool as you bask in the morning sunshine, or head straight for the warm, crystalline waters of the Adriatic. A long stairway of one hundred steps leads down to the private rocky beach below Villa Laina, while a ladder is also provided to make your access to the ocean a breeze. After a leisurely swim, lay down on the rocks to enjoy the sound of the waves, or make your way back to the terrace to stretch out on a poolside sun lounger. A lower sundeck also features a solar shower, ideal for cooling off from the sun’s heat. Later, everyone can enjoy a delicious barbecue at the covered outdoor dining area, with picture-perfect views at sunset.
Upon entering Villa Laina from the terrace, guests will be delighted to find a bright and stylish living space with an open-plan layout on the ground floor. After exploring Dalmatia’s coastal wonders, a welcoming lounge area invites guests to curl up and unwind on the comfortable sofa. The living space also features a relaxed dining area and a fitted kitchen, fully equipped with various modern appliances.
A short spiral staircase leads to the villa’s first floor, where the stunning sea views continue, thanks to a sunny balcony with outdoor seating. The first floor has three double bedrooms, each boasting a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV and a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms offer understated décor and dreamlike ocean vistas, creating a truly restful ambience. The master bedroom provides guests with direct access to the balcony, the ideal spot for a romantic glass of wine under the stars. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout each floor, ensuring that your nights are as peaceful as your days are relaxing.
Private parking is available at Villa Laina, with the villa’s main entrance approached by walking thirty steps down from the parking level. For added convenience, you can also reach the villa’s upper floor via the balcony, some twenty steps below the parking spot. With a superb seafront location, modern facilities and breathtaking views, Villa Laina offers a rejuvenating retreat for up to six guests amidst the serene natural beauty of Lozica.

About the surrounding area of Villa LainaThe seaside village of Lozica is renowned for its natural beauty and impressive Dalmatian mansions. It offers breathtaking views of the nearby islands and the coastal town of Dubrovnik, which lies just seven kilometres away. Meanwhile, the ancient, labyrinthine streets of Dubrovnik offer the perfect excuse to spend the afternoon wandering in the sunshine, taking in the city’s wonderful cultural landmarks.
A UNESCO World Heritage site, Dubrovnik’s medieval old town is home to a magnificent Baroque cathedral, enclosed within imposing fortress walls which offer sweeping views of the city. After a day spent enjoying the city’s historic sites and bustling marketplaces, visit a local tavern to sample traditional Dalmatian delicacies such as black squid ink risotto or pašticada, a slow-cooked beef and pasta dish. A sip of rakija, a local brandy made from plums, pomegranate and other fruits, is a tasty way to finish off a leisurely meal in Dubrovnik. Only a ten-minute stroll from the old town, Danče Beach is a secluded cove where locals like to take early-morning swims in the crystal-clear water. The nearest beach to the city is pebbly Banje, just a few minutes from Ploče Gate. The shallow waters of Banje are excellent for family-friendly swimming, while the beach’s close proximity to the city makes it a very popular spot during the summer season. On the peninsula of Babin Kuk, Copacabana Beach is ideal for the whole family, with plenty of convenient amenities and water sports facilities. The villa is amazing!
The villa is amazing. We stayed here 16 days and it was perfect. They sent cleaners to change bed sheets and towels twice and send pool maintenance guys multiple times to make sure everything is working and clean. The location is perfect, we were just 8 minutes drive from old town Dubrovnik. Plumbing is modern, villa is clean and new as well. The private sea front at the bottom of the villa is spectacular and we swam/dived everyday enjoying 100% privacy.

Great villa, even better than on the photos. Super well designed in terms of layout and functionality. Totally private, including access to the sea.

5 stars. This place is like from a movie. 180 steps from the entrance to sea level of your private beach. I'd make sure you have a car, as the villa is located far away from shops/dining. We didn't mind, as we had cars with us.
