Security deposit €150 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €10 per pet per day will apply (paid locally).
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Dubrovnik City Tax of €1.35 per person per day, paid locally on arrival. Cash and card payments are accepted.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss ofpersonal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs An additional guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed with an additional rate of €18 per person, per night.

    We travelled as a family of 5 adults and stayed at this centrally located apartment. We had arranged airport pickup through the apartment representatives and were met at the Pile gate and escorted to reception and the apartment. The place is very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It is actually 2 separate apartments (1 Bedroom, 2 bedroom) that are across the hall from each other. Each apartment has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well, even on some very hot days. The location was fantastic because everything within the Old City was within a short walk. Inclusion of breakfast at a nice restaurant was also a great benefit of staying here. It is a 3rd floor walkup but after walking all of the other steps in Dubrovnik it never was a problem. I highly recommend Apartment Dejana to anyone looking to stay in the Old City area of Dubrovnik.

    Fantastic location, highly recommend this stay! Restaurants aplenty at the door, quiet, clean and very easy to access the best of Old Town.
