    Beautiful, well-equipped apartment overlooking the Adriatic Sea and Dubrovnik Old Town. We stayed here for eight nights in July 2021 and fell in love with Dubrovnik from this apartment. Pros: The view cannot be matched...to be able to sip your coffee in the morning while church bells toll is quite magical and can only be done up the hill. The three individually-controlled AC units (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) kept us cooled off while we were relaxing. The corporate staff are all very professional, helpful, and extremely responsive. They can arrange for you to be picked up and taken from the airport for slightly below market rates. Cons: It is located on the top of a hill, so we suggest walking down to Old Town and then taking an Uber or taxi back up the hill. It is walkable up, but only if you are in relatively good shape, take your time, and it isn't too hot. I would not suggest buying a bunch of groceries and trying to go back up per se... I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family who are comfortable with stairs.
