This fabulous three-bedroom suite offers a very generous 2,646 to 2,887 square feet of designer space. About the surrounding area of Marissa SuiteThe Palms Turks & Caicos is a truly wonderful resort on Grace Bay Beach, on sunny Providenciales Island. Also known as Provo, the island is the third largest island in Turks and Caicos, an idyllic island with blissfully tranquil beaches, crystal clear turquoise waters, glorious sunshine, an abundant sprinkling of towering palm trees, a fantastic dining scene and a wonderful array of activities and wellbeing treatments. The protective barrier reef that surrounds the Turks and Caicos Islands offers some of the best scuba diving in the world.
Provo is a kiteboarding paradise. Kite Provo is the first and largest kiteboarding school on the island, enjoying ten months of kiteboarding tuition every year from November to August. Lessons are taught in waist-deep water. Caicos Banks is a shelf that extends for nearly two miles off the shore that, allows you to stand with the kite and walk upwind easily. It is the perfect situation in which to learn. Long Bay Beach is two and a half miles from Grace Bay Beach and has been voted by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the ‘Ten Best Island Beaches in the World’.
Visitors to the beautiful Turks and Caicos islands enjoy boat and catamaran trips, sunset sails, watersports, picnic lunches, food tours, horseback riding, wellbeing treatments and reggae evenings. If you fancy a lesson in the Turks and Caicos history, you can visit plantation ruins or the pirate caves and dream about buried treasures. Some wonderful shops on the island sell jewellery, watches, cameras, perfumes, crystal, china, cigars and alcohol.
Provo is a snorkelling paradise. Its Smith’s Reef is a beautiful snorkelling site with several distinct reef systems and coral heads. It is located near Turtle Cove on the north coast of Provo, roughly three and a half miles from Grace Bay. It is possible to walk from Grace Bay. Visitors enjoy a tremendous abundance of colourful wildlife and reef fish, including green turtles, hawksbill turtles, southern brown stingrays, majestic spotted eagle rays, stoplight parrotfish, queen angelfish and more!
The Island Fish Fry is a lively event on Thursday evenings at the Bight Children’s Park between 5.30 pm and 9.30 pm. Along with many local food vendors, there are entertainers and cultural acts that make this a very colourful, vibrant event. The aroma of fresh fish, the visual treats of boiling lobster and conch salad, plates loaded with crab and rice, lobster mac and cheese and local island corn are very popular. New bands take to the stage along with local favourites, dancers and other cultural acts. There are locally handcrafted items for sale, folklore storytelling, maypole plaiting and instrument demonstrations to keep you entertained.
The prestigious 18-hole championship golf course at Provo Golf Club is open to members and visitors. This award-winning golf club enjoys a challenging course with a quick pace of play, a full-service pro shop, a practice warm-up net, chipping and putting areas, a flood-lit tennis court and the Fairways Bar and Grill.

This gorgeous suite boasts three gorgeous bedrooms plus sofa beds in the second and third bedrooms and in the living area. Marissa Suite comes with a spacious living room, a full gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities and three terraces so there is plenty of space for family time. You can prepare meals for your little ones easily or make use of the resort restaurants. The resort shop, Spice, sells snack foods, drinks, cheeses, ice cream and much more.
The Palms Turks & Caicos offers complimentary non-motorised watersports that children love. Families can also use the fitness centre and floodlit tennis court; the pool is amazing, too. The resort's Conch Kritters Kid's Club provides complimentary daily supervised fun for guests aged between four and twelve. On the beach, children have access to a large collection of beach toys and floats, plus there is a clubhouse for indoor fun. Babysitting services can be arranged with twenty-four hours' notice, and all children under twelve years old stay at the resort for free. The resort offers helpful boxed lunches to-go, which are helpful for excursions.
Grace Bay Beach is sensational. It is so beautiful, and it's easy to see why it wins so many accolades. Long Bay Beach is a stunning three-mile-long beach sprinkled with glistening white sand and pretty shells. The eastern breezes bring lots of treasures, including conch shells that children love to collect. It is a great place to learn to kitesurf. Kite Provo offers lessons and camps for children from the age of five, but kitesurfing also depends a little on weight. Snorkelling is very popular, and little ones love seeing the colourful fish by the reefs. With the third largest coral system in the world, numerous islands to explore, picture-perfect powder beaches and delicious food, Turks and Caicos is an excellent choice for a family holiday.
Horse-loving children can take a sixty-to-ninety-minute horseback riding adventure with Provo Ponies on Long Bay Beach. What a wonderful holiday memory! Provo Ponies can accommodate seasoned equestrians and newbies, letting you uniquely experience the wonderful beaches. You may partially submerge your horse in the sea during this cool, family-friendly activity. The riding tours are suited to adults, teens and children aged six and over.
Children enjoy buying souvenirs at the Thursday Fish Fry event. They can try mouth-watering fried seafood, buy from local craft vendors, dance and listen to live music.
Children love taking boat and catamaran trips to island hop, swim, and snorkel. Big Blue Unlimited is one of many companies offering Caicos Cays cruises. There are snorkel and swim stops and stunning seascapes. Smith's Reef is a fantastic stop where little ones can meet turtles and colourful fish up close. Sunset cruises are wonderful too.
