Set directly on the shores of Little Exuma, Love Beach Villa is an exceptional five-bedroom oceanfront retreat where turquoise Caribbean waters and pristine white sands are found just beyond the door. Positioned on a secluded pocket beach shared with only four other luxury homes, the villa has been designed for relaxed island living, with uninterrupted ocean views creating a spectacular backdrop throughout. Upstairs, a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen overlook the private infinity pool and sea, while the master suite features an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. A second queen bedroom is complemented by its own ensuite, while an additional queen bedroom and bunk room share a full bathroom. On the lower level, a twin bedroom with a shower room is joined by a welcoming games room, offering an inviting space for families and groups to unwind.
Outside, days can be spent beside the infinity pool, stretched out on a lounger or gathered around the oceanfront living and dining areas. The expansive deck can be accessed directly from the living room and two of the principal bedrooms, allowing the beauty of the coastline to be enjoyed with ease. A BBQ and outdoor kitchen are provided for leisurely meals, while the calm, swimmable cove is only a few steps away. Beach chairs, kayaks and a paddleboard can also be rented for adventures on the water. All the comforts of home are provided, including linens, towels, toiletries, a washer and dryer. Georgetown, with its main grocery store and marina, is within convenient reach, while ferries to Stocking Island and private boat charters offer the chance to discover the Exumas' remarkable collection of 365 cays and islands.
