Set along the waterfront of Nassau’s historic Eastern Road, Cerulean Coast Villa is presented as a private gated estate where days can be shaped by the clear Bahamian water and the ease of relaxed island living. Bay views are enjoyed from multiple rooms, while the upstairs suites open onto a second-floor balcony overlooking the surroundings. Outside, a generous garden leads towards a swimming pool, private beach and dock, with crystal-clear water providing a natural setting for swimming and encounters with turtles, starfish, conch and other marine life. A beach cabana with its own bathroom and kitchenette is positioned by the shore, while an upper pergola provides another peaceful place for lounging. Sun loungers and a barbecue are also provided, and the expansive grounds can be arranged for outdoor games, celebrations, private weddings and corporate gatherings.
Inside, accommodation is provided for up to 16 guests across six bedrooms and five full bathrooms, with a selection of king-size beds, queen beds and a spacious bunk room. A gourmet kitchen, comfortable family room, games room and bar are complemented by a separate workout room, arcade and board games. Entertainment is woven throughout the estate, with Smart TVs in almost every room and a Sonos sound system extending from the house into the garden. High-speed Starlink WiFi is available across the property, including by the private beach. Added reassurance is provided by a secured entrance, surveillance cameras, a diesel backup generator and a filtered private water supply, allowing the estate’s essential comforts and connectivity to be maintained. With space, privacy and waterfront living brought together, a distinctly serene Bahamian escape is created.
