Finca Melvin features modern decor throughout with rustic touches that include whitewashed walls, wooden beamed ceilings and a cosy fireplace. The soft furnishings are comfortable and practical, in light, neutral shades that complement the villa's country farmhouse flavour. The lounge area has ample seating around the flatscreen TV - an ideal area to chill out or entertain the kids while you prepare meals or plan your day. There is a spacious dining area that seats up to eight guests and a well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and full of high-end appliances, including a Vitro ceramic hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. The villa also has a handy laundry room with a washer and dryer - perfect for those who want to pack light and save room in their luggage for souvenirs.

The villa has a good configuration of bedrooms, with two twin rooms on the ground floor and two doubles on the first floor - ideal for larger families or groups of friends holidaying together. Both double rooms and one of the twin rooms have ensuite shower facilities, with a separate shower available on the first floor, and all feature flat-screen TVs and air conditioning. One of the double rooms has access to a furnished terrace - a perfect spot for enjoying a morning cuppa or an evening aperitif. The bedrooms are decorated to the same high standard as the common areas of the villa, with a light, neutral decor punctuated by pops of colour in feature walls and artworks, and are all beautifully light and airy, promising a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

From the ground floor, lounge area guests can access Finca Melvin's gorgeous outdoor space, which includes comfort zones for lounging, a Balinese bed, several seating areas, and a barbecue and alfresco dining area. There are plenty of places to enjoy pre-dinner drinks, sunbathe and relax, and shaded areas that are ideal for reading or just getting out of the sun. The villa features a private pool and a jacuzzi, as well as a separate children's pool - perfect if you are holidaying with the little ones.
