Extra peace of mind for your summer escape

Sunshine makes a summer holiday – and while we can’t control the weather, we can offer a little peace of mind. With our Sunshine Guarantee, if your trip doesn’t live up to our sunshine promise, you may be eligible to make a claim.

If you meet the criteria, simply complete the form below and our team will review your claim. We aim to respond within 28 working days.

If approved, you’ll receive:

• £100 in VIP credit to use towards your next holiday (valid until 30 November 2026)


Sunshine GuaranteeYou may be eligible to make a claim if:
• You experienced rainfall on 50% or more days of your stay
• You booked between 1 May – 31 July 2026
• You travelled between 1 May – 30 September 2026
• You submit your claim by 31 October 2026

Submit your rain claim after your stay using the form below.

Find your 6 or 7 digit booking number in your confirmation email. If entered incorrectly this will not be received by the team.

  1. To be eligible, you must have experienced rain on at least 50% of your stay, and don’t forget to capture it. When submitting your claim, we’ll need a little proof (think weather reports, or even a snap or video of you embracing the drizzle).
  2. Your stay must be 5 nights or more and booked between 1st May – 31st July 2026, with travel dates between 1st May – 30th September 2026.
  3. To make a claim, simply submit the form and we’ll be in touch within 28 working days.
  4. If your claim is successful, you’ll receive £100 in VIP credit to put towards your next holiday (valid until 30th November 2026).
  5. Be sure to submit your claim by 31st October 2026.
