Extra peace of mind for your summer escape
Sunshine makes a summer holiday – and while we can’t control the weather, we can offer a little peace of mind. With our Sunshine Guarantee, if your trip doesn’t live up to our sunshine promise, you may be eligible to make a claim.
If you meet the criteria, simply complete the form below and our team will review your claim. We aim to respond within 28 working days.
If approved, you’ll receive:
• £100 in VIP credit to use towards your next holiday (valid until 30 November 2026)

Submit your rain claim after your stay using the form below.
- To be eligible, you must have experienced rain on at least 50% of your stay, and don’t forget to capture it. When submitting your claim, we’ll need a little proof (think weather reports, or even a snap or video of you embracing the drizzle).
- Your stay must be 5 nights or more and booked between 1st May – 31st July 2026, with travel dates between 1st May – 30th September 2026.
- To make a claim, simply submit the form and we’ll be in touch within 28 working days.
- If your claim is successful, you’ll receive £100 in VIP credit to put towards your next holiday (valid until 30th November 2026).
- Be sure to submit your claim by 31st October 2026.
