Spend an evening watching the sun go down as you dine outside at the outdoor dining table. You can even lounge on the roof terrace and enjoy the incredible panoramic view.
Furthermore, at this villa, you benefit from a superb location. Situated on a brilliant resort with a golf club, including its own restaurant, it is only a 10-minute drive from Pula, where you can find various restaurants, bars and supermarkets. What’s more, this part of the island boasts some of the most beautiful nature and beaches in Sardinia. The closest beach and hiking trail are only a 10-minute drive away.
On top of this, there are many amazing historical landmarks within easy reach of the villa. Head to the village of Su Nuraxi in Barumini and discover Sardinia’s fascinating Nuraghe, roughly an hour away from the property by car. Additionally, the breathtaking city of Cagliari is only a 40-minute drive away. Be sure not to miss the enchanting area of Castello and the Bastion Saint Remy.

About the surrounding area of Villa TuerreddaSituated in a wonderful resort offering facilities such as a golf club and a short drive away from outstanding beaches and nature, this property is ideally located. The resort’s fantastic golf club is just a 5-minute walk from the villa. Here you will be treated to a Club House with a bistro restaurant, a driving range, a fitness room, meeting rooms and a pro shop. For a wider range of amenities, you can reach the town of Pula in just 10 minutes by car, where you can find a range of restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Moreover, you are within easy reach of several breathtaking beaches. Only a 10-minute drive away, you can find the amazing white sand beach, Spiaggia di Nora. On top of this, within a 15-minute drive, you can get to the beautiful beach of Santa Margherita with crystal-clear water. Additionally, you are just a 20-30 minute drive from the dazzling beaches of the Bay of Chia and the jaw-dropping Tuerredda Beach.
Furthermore, visit the Archeological Site of Nora, just a 10-minute drive from the villa. This is considered one of the best-preserved historical landmarks in Sardinia. In addition, Sardinia is home to a wealth of exquisite nature, much of which you can get to quickly from Villa Tuerredda. Don’t miss the magnificent Foresta Demaniale di Pixinamanna, only 10 minutes away by car. The breathtaking waterfalls, Cascate Riu Alinu, a 50-minute drive from the villa, are also worth a trip.
What’s more, Sardinia is home to over 7000 Nuraghi, large stone towers developed during the Nuragic Age, which can’t be found anywhere else in the world! One of the best places to see these wonders is Su Nuraxi in Barumini, a Nuragic village and UNESCO World Heritage Site, just over an hour’s drive away.
Additionally, the enchanting city of Cagliari is just a 40-minute drive from this home. This vibrant city is full of sites to see and things to do. Be sure to visit the hilltop area of Castello, Bastion Saint Remy and the Cathedral di Santa Maria whilst you’re here. Also, take a trip to the biggest indoor market in Italy, San Benedetto Market.
