You will find four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open-plan living space with a dining room, living room and kitchen at this home. You can admire the fantastic view of the garden and surrounding nature from the living area through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
Step through these patio doors and enter the magnificent garden terrace. Go for a swim in the outdoor pool or sunbathe on one of the loungers provided. Head to the outdoor dining table for a lovely family meal as you watch the sun go down. Alternatively, go to the roof terrace and relax in the hydromassage tub.
Moreover, this villa is ideally situated, only a 5-minute walk from the resort’s brilliant golf club, where you can also find a Club House equipped with a bistro restaurant. To get to a more extensive array of amenities, drive just 10 minutes, and you will reach the delightful town of Pula. Here you will be treated to several excellent restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.
What’s more, there are a multitude of jaw-dropping beaches nearby that can’t be missed. Just 10 minutes by car sits the divine Spiaggia di Nora, a sensational white sand beach with crystal clear water to bathe in. In addition, the glorious Cala Cipolla in the Bay of Chia, just a 30-minute drive from the property, is a must-see. On top of this, just a 30-minute drive away sits one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Tuerredda Beach.

About the surrounding area of Villa MaximilianVilla Maximilian is situated in an excellent resort providing facilities such as a golf club and is just a short drive away from some of the most beautiful beaches and nature spots in Sardinia. Walk just five minutes to reach the resort’s club, where you can dine at its wonderful bistro restaurant and use the driving range, fitness room, meeting rooms and pro shop. For a wider array of amenities, drive only 10 minutes away to the picturesque town of Pula.
In addition, from this property, you can reach several incredible beaches. The unbelievable white sandy beach, Spiaggia di Nora, is only ten minutes away. Furthermore, exploring its beaches in the Chia area is a must-do. One of the most impressive beaches here includes Cala Cipolla, only a 30-minute drive from the villa. On top of this, you need to add jaw-dropping Tuerredda Beach to your list. Its Caribbean-style white sand and turquoise-blue water will take your breath away. This beach is also one of the best beaches in Sardinia for snorkelling and is only a 30-minute drive away.
Moreover, one of the most famous and impressive sites in this part of the island, the Archeological Site of Nora, is just a 10-minute drive from the villa. Considered one of Sardinia's best-preserved historical landmarks, you can see the ruins of the Phoenician and Roman eras here. This home is ideally located for nature lovers, with several national parks and hiking trails nearby. Be sure not to miss the magnificent Foresta Demaniale di Pixinamanna, only 10 minutes away by car.
Furthermore, the captivating Sardinian capital city, Cagliari, sits just a 40-minute drive away. Whilst here, stop by the gorgeous hilltop area of Castello, Bastion Saint Remy and the Cathedral di Santa Maria. The city also has some outstanding beaches, including Poetto Beach and some unbelievable scenic viewpoints, one of the most well-known being Sella del Diavolo. You will have to hike to reach this viewpoint, and the path is relatively challenging. However, the sensational view at the top is most definitely worth it.

Best Suited For: All AgesSardinia is the perfect place to visit with all of the family. Whether taking part in watersports or discovering ancient historical sites, the kids will never get bored. Head to any of the many fantastic beaches close by to the property. The children can have a fun day swimming in the crystal clear water, building sandcastles or trying out watersports. Some of the best beaches for watersports in the area are those in Chia, roughly a 20-minute drive from the property. At these beaches, the kids can try their hand at kitesurfing and paddle boarding.
In addition, Sardinia is home to over 7000 Nuraghi stone towers developed during the Nuragic Age. These towers are impressive because they can’t be found anywhere else in the world! To see them with your own eyes, head to Su Nuraxi in Barumini, a Nuragic village and UNESCO World Heritage Site, just over an hour’s drive away. The kids are sure to be amazed.
