Situated on a lovely resort equipped with superb facilities such as a golf club and bistro restaurant, as well as being close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, the location of this property is fantastic. On top of this, the charming town of Pula is just a 10-minute drive away, where you can reach a wider range of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets.
From this home, you can get to the serene Spiaggia di Nora in just 10 minutes by car. The bay of Chia and the jaw-dropping Tuerredda Beach are only a 20-30 minute drive away. Moreover, several hiking areas and remarkable nature spots are nearby. For example, the magical Foresta Demaniale di Pixinamanna sits only 10 minutes away by car. The phenomenal city of Cagliari is just a 40-minute drive away.

- For larger groups, Villa Doriana, Villa Maximilian, Villa Tuerredda and Villa Siminia are within the same resort, and all five villas can be rented out together.
