The resort's golf club, equipped with a driving range, pro shop, fitness room, meeting rooms and bistro restaurant, is just a 5-minute walk away. Moreover, you can find a more ample array of amenities in the lovely town of Pula, only 5 minutes away by car.
Additionally, southern Sardinia is renowned for its mind-blowing beaches and nature. You can easily reach the spell-binding white sand beach from the villa, Spiaggia di Nora. On top of this, the gorgeous beaches of Santa Margherita and Chia, offering crystal clear water to bathe in, are just a 20-minute drive away. The enchanting Foresta Demaniale di Pixinamanna is also only 10 minutes away by car.
Moreover, one of the most remarkable sites to see in the south of the island, the Archeological Site of Nora, is just a 10-minute drive from the villa. In addition, for those looking for a day out in the city, you can get to the extraordinary Sardinian capital, Cagliari, in just a 40-minute drive.

About the surrounding area of Villa SiminiaSituated in a spectacular resort in the Sardinian countryside within easy reach of some of the most beautiful beaches and nature spots on the island as well as fascinating historical landmarks, the location of Villa Siminia couldn’t be better. Walk just five minutes to get to the resort’s golf club, where you can dine at its excellent bistro restaurant and use the driving range, fitness room, meeting rooms and pro shop. For a wider array of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, drive just 10 minutes to the nearby town of Pula.
Additionally, you can reach a vast range of incredible beaches and nature from this property. The unbelievable white sand beach, Spiaggia di Nora, is only ten minutes away. What's more, the Chia area is home to some of the most breathtaking beaches on the island. Cala Cipolla is an outstanding beach, only a 30-minute drive from the villa. On top of this, you need to add the jaw-dropping Spiaggia Santa Margherita di Pula to your list. This amazing beach is reminiscent of the Caribbean with its white sand and turquoise blue water.
Moreover, this villa is ideally located for those who love nature and hiking, with many trails and national parks nearby. Make sure not to miss the exceptional Foresta Demaniale di Pixinamanna; only a ten-minute drive away. Slightly further afield, you will find the mesmerising waterfalls, Cascate Riu Alinu, roughly 50 minutes away by car.
In addition, be sure to visit the Archeological Site of Nora. One of the best preserved historical landmarks in Sardinia, you can see the ruins of the Phoenician and Roman eras. It is just a 10-minute drive away from the property. Another captivating historical site not to be missed is Su Nuraxi in Barumini, a Nuragic village and UNESCO World Heritage Site, just over an hour’s drive away.
Furthermore, the bustling Sardinian capital city, Cagliari, sits just a 40-minute drive away. Whilst in the city, stop by the charming hilltop area of Castello, Bastion Saint Remy and the Cathedral di Santa Maria.
