If you’re looking for views to boot, Blanco De Caza is a superb choice. Exhibiting boho chic, marble finishings, and eccentric art-deco – it all marries perfectly together. The inside is a delight, but the outdoor space just pips it to the post. The pool is spectacular and the panoramas of the Mediterranea Sea are impossible to match.
Finished in 2017, this-one-of-a-kind property boasts a magnificent view over the turquoise, artificial lake Viñuela, surrounded by the tranquility of a mountain range. All the living spaces are spread over one floor – ideal for families with children – while a fabulous double-sided fireplace sits between the kitchen and living room, providing a homely sense of warmth to the space.
However, out on the terrace is where the real magic happens! The panoramic views can be enjoyed from your private pool, hammock, wooden sun loungers or built-in outdoor sofa! A dining table can also be found on the covered terrace, next to the Green Egg Barbecue. If you don’t fancy cooking, just a short drive down a winding, hilly road, the charming village of Canillas de Aceituno boasts a selection of local eateries and shops.
