An outstanding and attractive property located in Puerto Pollensa, El Vilar allows guests to explore a plethora of amenities and facilities in this truly mesmerising holiday home. The outdoor grounds of this property are nothing short of pure perfection, as seen by the unique swimming pool. This circular pool is surrounded by exposed brick detailing, helping to create a nuanced look through the entire space. This villa is also home to a stunning selection of outdoor terraces giving guests an array of delightful places to kick back and relax. Guests can also use these spaces to indulge in an exciting series of al fresco dining experiences.
 
Travelling inside, this villa exudes a traditional and comforting theme, helping guests to feel at home and safe. The living area presents a collection of exposed ceiling themes, again adding to the countrified theme. This space also makes use of a pair of large grey sofas that have been equipped with a splendid array of scatter cushions. In turn, guests are free to enjoy the soft nature of these sofas throughout their stay. Next to this space is the dining area, which also exudes a sense of timeless authenticity. The broad wooden table is covered with an elegant white tablecloth and is surrounded by a set of matching chairs. As such, this is an ideal place to come together as a group and enjoy an assortment of delicious meals. The kitchen within this property presents a charming sense of balance by sporting brown cupboards with striking white motifs. As a result, guests are free to prepare an eclectic range of indulgent meals in this truly wonderful space. The ground floor is also home to the first bedroom. This room showcases a spacious double bed that has been decorated with ample linens.
 
Moving up to the first floor, this is where you’ll discover the remaining two bedrooms. The second bedroom contains a pair of single beds, meaning that it is suitable for two small children or for a couple who prefer to sleep separately. Finally, the third bedroom includes a single bed. Therefore, this space is perfect who a child who enjoys sleeping on their own.

THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

Capdepera Castle is one of the oldest buildings in Puerto Pollensa and has been standing since 1300. This monumental attraction is responsible for forming an array of communities, helping it to become an iconic piece of the region’s culture and legacy. The castle is placed at the top of a very large hill, meaning that guests can observe the undiluted beauty of the area as they travel to the peak. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €150 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available on this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels are changed every 4 days.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

Pool opening dates? The pool is open from 23rd March to 4th November. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Other Ts and Cs Extras available on request, and payable to Oliver's Travels prior to travel, are:
