Villa Maravilla benefits from 6 bedrooms across its two floors, all of which have air conditioning. On the entry floor, you will find two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a shower room. Moving upstairs, there is a twin room, another double bedroom, and a family bathroom. Here you will also find the main suite, which benefits from a newly refurbished wet room. All of the bedrooms come with comfy pillows and large windows that let in lots of natural light so you can start your mornings feeling bright and fresh.
The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek grey furnishing and stainless-steel appliances. It comes with everything you need to make delicious food during your stay, including an oven, stove, microwave, and large fridge. Meals can be enjoyed inside on the large wooden dining table, or step outside onto the balcony and enjoy your meals al fresco in the outdoor dining area, sipping local wine as you take in the stunning ocean view before you.
There are a number of seating areas outside for use, including both sun loungers and outdoor sofas available on the balcony. Moving down to the pool, you will find further sun loungers primed and ready for you to lay back and catch a tan. To the side, there is a small swing seat, perfect for anyone looking for a moment of peace and a delightful spot to get stuck into a good book. The pool itself is welcoming and just for your use during your stay, even coming with solar heating to ensure a delightful swim.

About the surrounding area of Villa MaravillaVilla Maravilla is based in the La Herradura area of Costa Tropical, a warm and welcoming holiday destination loved by many. The villa is situated close to the ocean on an elevated level, providing an unobstructed view of the glistening ocean and the horizon beyond it.
The villa is close to the beach of La Herradura, as the warm sandy beach is less than a 20-minute walk from the villa doors. La Herradura, the local seaside town, has absolutely everything you need to accent your stay and make it simply wonderful. It has been called the most picturesque of Costa Tropical's seaside villages, and simply looking around at the gorgeous cliffs, bay, and nature will show you exactly why.
The beach is also lined with a number of restaurants and bars for you to explore and enjoy. They offer a range of food, including local delicacies and dishes as well as more familiar favourites. Whether you try something new or rely on the familiar, you are sure to leave with a smile on your face and a full belly.
Just southeast of Villa Maravilla, you will find the Marina Del Este, where you can take part in some sailing on the calm waters of the ocean or even sign up for diving lessons and explore the ocean if you're feeling active. If you fancy staying dry and on steady land, you can still stroll along the marina's edge and pop into one of the many much-loved waterfront restaurants and bars. Tuck into fresh fish cooked perfectly and listen to the sound of the ocean and the relaxing hum of the local area.
Anyone can appreciate the rich history on offer for exploration in La Herradura, as the bay was once a strategic port for both the Phoenicians and the Romans. Visit the La Herradura castle on the Western End of the town, an 18th Century monument built during Carlos III's reign. This is just one of the area's incredible historical gems that are just waiting for you to discover.
The area has an abundance of beautiful nature on offer, and as such, there are many different hiking areas and walking paths available for you to explore during your stay. One such route is along the Maro Cerro Gordo cliffs, a nature reserve home to an outstanding area of flora and fauna. Take a day to explore it, and perhaps even pack a picnic to stop and enjoy along the way as you overlook the ocean below.

Villa Maravilla benefits from 6 bedrooms in total, so aside from the double bed in the main suite, the villa can sleep nine more guests for a total of 11. This is perfect for large families with kids wanting to claim a whole room to themselves, and also groups of families looking to holiday together. There are many bathrooms available too, so there's no need for long queues in the morning before you can get out in the sun!
The living area will be loved by kids of all ages, too; they will simply marvel at the incredible views provided by the large window with the accompanied window seat. Teens can kick back on the soft sofas and connect to Wi-Fi to message friends back home or stream their favourite content. Younger kids will love sinking into the sofas to watch the TV in their downtime or making use of the spacious area to play around and have fun.
Outside the villa, all ages will adore the private pool on the property, as its cool waters provide a welcomed break from the warm Spanish sun. The sun loungers provide the perfect place for older kids to lay back and enjoy a good book or magazine, and kids of all ages will love the swinging seat behind.
In the local town, everyone will be pleased by the range of food options available for all. Kids willing to test out new and local delicacies can do so in confidence, but picky eaters can rely on familiar favourites, so no hungry tummy will remain empty! There are, of course, a number of supermarkets in the local town too, so snacks can be bought, and meals can be made in the villa's fully-equipped kitchen.
There is an abundance of things to do in La Herradura that will keep everyone busy and entertained. Teach them all some history in the town's many historical areas, including the La Herradura Castle. Stretch out restless legs by going on a hike along the coastal nature paths or towards the Maro Cerro Gordo cliffs and make a challenge by spotting all the interesting flora and fauna.
