Situated close to the Costa Brava village of Begur, the tree-lined backdrop and stunning ocean views of this four-bedroom villa provide an irresistible setting. Several beautiful beaches, including Aiguablava and Aigua Xelida lie within a short drive of the villa.
The villa sits in mature, private gardens with a swimming pool placed close to the house. A covered terrace has seating and a dining space with the most magnificent panoramic views. You can also enjoy those from inside. Large sliding doors lead you seamlessly from the terrace to the spacious living area.
This cool and contemporary space has large sofas, television and an eye-catching wooden dining table, perfect for gathering together over some traditional Catalan fayre. The modern kitchen provides all you would need for the preparation, or, if you prefer, there’s a stone barbecue waiting for you out on the terrace.
Four bedrooms are set up in various configurations, offering lots of flexibility. You have the master with its king-size bed and en-suite, a further king-size in the next, a double or twin room, and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds. At full capacity, this villa sleeps eight guests.
Peacefully located, this villa is well-placed for visits to Begur and the many popular beaches which line this stretch of the coast. Sa Tuna, Sa Riera and Tamariu are all pleasant spots to explore, as is Begur itself, a pretty, whitewashed village where you can soak up the culture and try the local food and wine. Friendly and welcoming, it lies around 2km from the beach in the sight of a medieval castle.
Further afield, you shouldn’t miss out on visiting the old city of Girona, which rewards the 45-minute drive with fascinating heritage and architecture. Closer to the villa, Palafrugell is a sizeable town with street markets and bar terraces in abundance around its central Plaça Nova.
