A wonderful villa
A wonderful villa, whose location and surroundings provide great privacy. The host is very helpful, easy-going, very nice. We managed to organize a wonderful dinner for a wedding in the house, the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are adapted to the needs. The photos do not even show how spacious and beautiful the villa and the entire property are. I highly recommend it!

We love the house, the spaces exceeded our expectations. Great rooms, everything clean, one of the suites is underground, I find it interesting to inform. Also, excellent house! Attentive and helpful host.

The house was stunning
We were six guys who came to ride bicycles in Tuscany for the week. The house was stunning and large enough that we each had our own room. The grounds and landscaping were also beautiful. The location was perfect for a different bicycle ride each day. The Kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. Some nights we prepared food and ate in, and other nights we drove about 15 minutes to Siena where there were many options for restaurants. The owner met us on the first day and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the property to friends.

Stunning ...
Stunning gated country home 15 minutes out of Siena. The location was perfect for touring Tuscany, with close access to the autostrada, everything we wanted to see was inside an hours drive and less. Amazing countryside restaurants close by & right inside Castello Monteriggioni, only a 5 minute drive from the house. The home itself was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. Fabulous bedrooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms for each. An amazing well stocked kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a spectacular view of the valley. The outdoor terrace became our favourite space with 2 large comfortable sofas and a dining table big enough t to seat 10. The grounds were immaculately kept by the villas owner each morning cleaning the pool and outdoor space, while taking great care to respect our privacy, although we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him when we saw him. The kids loved the pool & karaoke machine! If I had more space I could go on & on, don’t hesitate in renting this home!

Absolutely beautiful!
The house - just like in the pictures and more. There are spaces and common areas that are not even in the pictures. Plenty of common areas both inside and outside that are super cozy. There are 7 bathrooms - 2 of the bedrooms share a bathroom, the master bedroom has 2 bathrooms, the other bedrooms have their own bedrooms. Bedrooms are beautiful, comfortable and well furnished. The kitchens (there are 2!) have everything you need. Everything was spotless.
The outside- spectacular views and surroundings! Gorgeous and very well kept gardens and small park. Very quiet and private. There is a jacuzzi, a pool, a grill and a pizza oven. We used everything except the pool (not enough time). Pizza oven and grill worked great. The jacuzzi was extremely clean. The water temperature didn’t go over 37 Celsius for us, but maybe because we were trying to heat it while we were in it, so while uncovered.
Manlio was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
