Belvedere Restaurant

Dining at the Belvedere restaurant is a celebration of Italian flavour, where generous buffet spreads showcase the very best of authentic regional cuisine alongside a thoughtful selection of international favourites.

Mornings begin gently with a wholesome breakfast, crafted with quality ingredients and a focus on simple, time-honoured preparation. As the day unfolds, little ones are well catered for too, with a dedicated children’s corner designed to be both practical and playful, blending tradition with modern touches and a mindful approach to sustainability.

From leisurely starts to indulgent evening meals, each dish invites you to savour the local flavours at your own pace. For families travelling with younger children, a dedicated baby area is available for those aged 0 to 3, open each evening from 19:00 to 21:30, ensuring even the smallest guests are thoughtfully looked after.

Apulian Trattoria Orcio

At Trattoria Orcio, dining is as much about the setting as it is the food; with sweeping sea views and the unmistakable flavours of Apulia taking centre stage. Here, every dish tells the story of a region shaped by sun, sea and rugged countryside, brought to life by the skill of passionate local producers.

Expect a menu rooted firmly in tradition, where the bounty of both land and sea is celebrated. Think freshly made cheeses, crusty breads, handmade pasta and carefully cured meats – all prepared with an authentic, time-honoured touch. This is Apulian cuisine at its most genuine, served simply and beautifully, just as it should be. Families are equally well looked after, with a dedicated baby area for children aged 0 to 3, open daily from 12:00 to 14:30, ensuring even the youngest guests can dine in comfort.

Gazebo Pizzeria

A selection of gourmet pizza can be found every evening at the Gazebo, open between 19:30 and 21:30.

One of the joys of staying at Gattarella Family Resort is the access to the private beach. Here on the private shores of Baia di Portonuovo, a long stretch of soft sand meets gently sloping, crystal-clear waters, creating an idyllic setting for families. Sheltered by natural Mediterranean vegetation, the beach offers a sense of privacy and calm, while little ones can play safely along the shore.

Each room at the resort is guaranteed a beach umbrella and two sunbeds in the first to third rows on the beach. Enjoy a selection of drinks and snacks from the beachside bar. There is also a playground area for youngsters to enjoy.

For little adventurers aged 3 to 5, summer at Gattarella Resort begins with Captain Gattarella’s Mini Club – a world designed entirely for imagination and play. At its heart lies a vibrant indoor playground, where a playful pirate theme sets the scene for exciting adventures, all guided by attentive and experienced staff. here’s a dedicated children’s pool for splashing about, a pirate ship play area right on the beach, and shallow, crystal-clear waters perfect for carefree paddling. In the shade of the pinewood, an adventure park invites exploration, with a special area just for younger guests, supervised during organised activities.

As the day turns to evening, the magic continues with an inflatable playground for endless energy, followed by relaxed moments in the cinema room, where after-dinner cartoons round off the day.

And when it’s time to refuel, each restaurant offers a dedicated children’s menu, filled with delicious, wholesome dishes designed with little tastes in mind.

The Babyclub

For families travelling with the youngest guests, Gattarella Resort offers a thoughtfully designed nursery experience that brings both comfort and peace of mind. At Baby Gatta, dedicated to infants and toddlers aged 0 to 2, care is inspired by the Montessori approach, which encourages little ones to explore, play freely, and develop at their own pace.
