Villa Splendida is located within Gattarella Family Resort, approximately 300 metres from the beach and around 5km from Vieste. The villa accommodates up to eight adults and one infant and offers approximately 160m² of interior space, together with a 60m² private garden.

Inside, the property includes a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms comprise two king-size bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There are four bathrooms in total, including one en-suite bathroom and three bathrooms with showers. The layout is suitable for families or groups requiring multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Outside, the villa has an enclosed garden, furnished outdoor areas and a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 3m x 5m, with a depth of approximately 1.2 metres. Sunbeds, sofas, loungers and outdoor seating are provided around the pool and garden.

The property is positioned close to the resort’s beach, restaurants, tennis facilities and other leisure areas. Nearby activities include water sports, kayaking, hiking, cycling, horse riding, boat trips and visits to Vieste and Peschici.
