Villa Mogliano is a beautifully restored four-bedroom farmhouse set amid the rolling hills of Le Marche, Italy, offering a peaceful retreat for up to nine guests. Rich in history and tastefully styled by its Anglo-Italian owners, the villa seamlessly blends traditional charm—terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, and antique furnishings—with modern comforts including air conditioning, TVs, and a washing machine.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a light-filled living room and an open-plan kitchen-dining area with garden views. The well-equipped kitchen features a coffee machine, dishwasher, and formal dining space. This level also includes a sunny double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a separate laundry room.

Upstairs, the second floor houses two charming double bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and shower, and a cosy living area with a sofa bed, desk, and TV. The top floor reveals a fourth bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, offering scenic views and rustic elegance.
