Inside, the decor is modern and casual; this isn’t a stuffy, old-fashioned villa. Indulgent holiday home touches like the Jacuzzi tub and tropical style poolside terraces elevate this property beyond the everyday - you may never want to leave.
This holiday villa is conveniently located near Bergerac (14 km), the heart of the region with an easily accessible airport (the owner of the villa will even pick you up). It’s a fabulous destination for shopping - the medieval streets are filled with interesting boutiques and restaurants. Even better, wine country spreads from the hub of Bergerac, filled with chateaux and vineyards to delight you. 
What Oliver loves…
- Close to all the wonderful city amenities of Bergerac, just 14 km away.
- The garden is made for outdoor living. Jump in the pool whilst the burgers are on the barbecue and dine al fresco on the terrace. The palm trees will transport you to the other side of the world. How wonderful to be in two places at once!
- Have a little guessing game where the objects in the house come from. The owner is well travelled and has participated in many Paris-Dakar races.
- If it is too warm or for rainy days, cocoon in the sun room. It will feel as if you were outside will all these windows.
- The owner is happy to pick up guests from the airport free of charge, subject to availability (his Chrysler 300C Touring car is also availabe for rental, please enquire).

- All the beds are doubles, though one bedroom can be made into a twin bedroom if requested at least one week in advance.
- There are two air-conditioning units: one in the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area and one in the corridor which leads to two of the bedrooms

About the surrounding area of Villa PerleThe property is nestled in between the small villages of Ginestet and Maurens, in the department of Dordogne, one of the most charming areas in the Aquitaine region.
The city of Bergerac, with its international airport, is about 14 km away. A visit to the old town standing out for its medieval architecture, narrow streets full of local boutiques and good restaurant, is highly recommended. Here, you will also find the unmissable Maisons de Vins and will have the opportunity to take a tour along the Route de Vins de Bergerac.
The unique riverside medieval and renaissance town of Périgueux, is also easily accessible. A lively market takes place on a daily basis in Place du Coderec. Besided, the area is famous for its amazing golf courses.
Dordogne is a true haven for nature and sport lovers alike offering a wide array of outdoor activities, from horse-back riding, to tennis, mountain-biking, golfing and watersports, not to mention the number of hiking and fishing opportunities.

Relax! Also, you must visit the glorious chateaux in the region, and enjoy the wines and food that the region has to offer.

The ideal villa!
An excellent villa, highly recommended. Great accommodation, with AC a particular plus. Greatly enjoyed by four adults (who welcomed personal space as well as each other's company!). Hosts were thoughtful and charming. Pool was popular too.
