Overview
Well-situated in one of Brittany’s most renown seaside resorts, Le Littoral is a captivating five-bedroom villa capable of graciously hosting up to 10 guests. This retreat promises a replenishing blend of traditional French charm and spacious indoor-outdoor living.
Stepping into the foyer, guests are greeted by a warm ambience emanating from the spacious living room’s plush furnishings and tasteful décor. The elegant sitting area, abutted by a fireplace and library, is the perfect place to enjoy the flood of natural light granted by panoramic windows opening to the sun-drenched terrace.
An elegant dining area interconnects the living room and kitchen, where the culinarily inspired are given ample space to express themselves. Whether you’re whipping up some Breton pancakes for breakfast, a summer salad for lunch, or a holiday feast for family and friends, this kitchen is a marriage of style and functionality that won’t let you down.
On the ground floor guests will also find the first of five bedrooms, tastefully decorated and complete with a queen-sized bed. Ascending to the upper floor reveals four more bedrooms, two of which contain two single beds each. Another room comes complete with a pull out bed perfect for two people, and the master bedroom contains a double bed and en-suite. The bedding arrangement is perfect for families with children, who will also get to enjoy the devoted playroom also located on the upper level.

Location
About the surrounding area of Le LittoralSituated in a renowned bathing resort on the southwest coast of Brittany and only a short walk from the closest beach (300m), Le Littoral is a treat of relaxation and rejuvenation. Thanks to the villa’s central location, local amenities and sights are within easy reach, including a supermarket (4-minute drive, 15-minute walk), and a selection of restaurants, creperies, bakeries, cafes, galleries, boutiques, a cinema and even a casino within 5-minutes by car or 20-minutes walking.
The seaside resort is famous for the Carnac Stones, one of the most extensive Neolithic standing stone collections in the world - think of a sprawling Stonehenge set out in neat rows like granite vineyards. These neolithic structures and their surrounds provide a fantastic setting for exploration on foot or by bike.
Located as it is on a narrow peninsula, the area boasts five sandy beaches, each as nice as the last and within easy access from Le Littoral. Don’t forget to reserve yourself a day of Thalasso and spa treatment of which the town is well known (4-minute drive). The local golf course (20-minute drive) ensures a scenic day on the links.

Region
Brittany is famed chiefly for its beaches, and with so much coastline to explore it’s certainly one of the best reasons to visit the region. But there’s more to Brittany than sun, sea and sand, and while a good chunk of our villas and chateaux in Brittany are found next to the coast the ones further inland are just as tempting. Want to get the inside scoop on Brittany before you book? You’ll find our full Brittany travel guide below, full of tips, inspiration and great things to do.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesThe utterly unique and expansive Carnac Stones are a must-see for adults and children alike. The eternal mystery of their construction is sure to rouse everyone’s curiosity. A family bike ride is a great way to explore these neolithic structures. Cycle up the Tumulus Saint-Michel for a panoramic view of the bay and surrounds.
While Bretan waters are not as warm as those in southern climbs, the wind and the waves make it great for water sports, particularly sailing and windsurfing in the Bay of Quiberon. Rentals and lessons can be easily acquired at the local yacht club (5-minute drive). On the other side of the peninsula the Atlantic beaches also offer surfing.
