Villa Florinia is an excellent choice for those wishing to spend their holidays in the Adriatic coast and the ease of the Mediterranean climate whilst also having access to a rich historical and cultural holiday. The villa offers a comfortable, relaxing ambience, with cozy terraces and beautiful panoramic views of the coastline, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Croatian summer.
This lovely five-bedroom villa is located in a small Dalmatian village, only five-minutes by car from restaurants, beaches and shops. The attractive city of Opatija is nearby with various interesting and historical sites within proximity of the area. This charming holiday home offers an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, the perfect space for socialising as a group, the calm ambience allows you to settle in from the moment you enter the front door. The property offers five good sized bedrooms as well as an extra room with a sofa bed, there are five bathrooms.
Outside the living areas continue, with an appealing external dining area and barbecue, it’s a great spot to eat a meal as a family, dining al-fresco and making the most of the warm Dalmatian climate and enjoying the views. The property features a large private swimming pool, looking out towards the ocean so you almost feel you are on your own private island as you swim to the edge. There is a large garden with old trees where you can find moments of shade to shelter from the sun and read your book. If you can resist the temptation to stay by the villa the whole time, the nearest beach is less than five-minutes away, so you can take a dip in the sea any time you like. Villa Florina offers a romantic, tranquil holiday location, with plenty of space to spend time together and as well as finding time to yourself. | End of stay cleaning included? | Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |

A great base...
Modern flat, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. A good place to base yourself to go exploring the beaches and coves of the Dalmation coast.
We enjoyed cocktails on the balcony at sundown. This villa is ideal for a group of adult friends rather than taking very young children - with two high balconies and a swimming pool in close proximity to the patio doors.

Beautiful coastline views!
Perfectly located overlooking the 'Croatian Riviera' with beautiful panoramic views of the stunning coastline with a balcony up on the second floor to make the most of the scenery, particularly as the sun goes down. It's a five minute drive down to the beach and the coastal village of Opatija and its amazing bars, restaurants and shops. Parents should be wary of the hard floors when staying here with children!

Great for a group of friends!
A great apartment to base yourself for a Croatian beach holiday. It's up in the hills overlooking the sea below. Plenty of room with five spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi! Perfect for a groups of friends to come and trawl the beachside restaurants and the buzzy atmosphere a short drive down the hill.
